THE REAL 1770 Headland the best position in the heart of 1770.Relax and unwind at the luxuriously appointed OCEANS at 1770 from which you can set forth & surf,dive,go fishing,stand up paddling,kayaking,snorkeling & swimming.
*Main bedrooms- Queen bed with air con. Second bedroom- Double bed Third bedroom 2 single beds.Lounge area with TV & DVD player. Air conditioned fully equipped kitchen & Miele Dishwasher. Shower w/ separate toilet, private wide balcony has electric shutters w/ BBQ & dinning table w/ boat parking & filleting table.

*Number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the confirmation notice or subsequently agreed in writing.
*Damage Breakages,Theft and loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay and must be reported to the owners.
*The owners take no responsibility for the tenants personal belongings.
WE ARE DOG FRIENDLY BUT THERE ARE RULES.
1.) Dogs must be under control at all times.
2.) Dogs must not be left alone in the accommodation.
3.) Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in beds.
4.) Dogs must not be vicious or aggressive.
5.) Dogs must not bark constantly or cause annoyance.

The headland was formed by volcanic and sandstone rocks in the Triassic period (250 to 205 million years ago) and is bound by open ocean on the east and the still waters of Round hill Creek and Bustard Bay to west.Trademark south-easterly oceans swells anchor the beach sand to the rocky outcrop and beautiful sandy bays.
The 1770 MARINA ( boat ramp) is only 2 km ( 4 min) away for Great Barrier Reef day trips. Agnes Water is only 6 km (11 min) away where you will find plenty of shops.

"1770 BUTTERFLY WALK"
During Autumn & Winter each year, the 1770 Butterfly Walk is overwhelmed with hundreds of thousands of butterflies! The walk is a very beautiful and easy 15-25 minute walk that starts at the Captain Cook Monument in the Town of 1770. To get there; it’s a 5-10 minute walk or 3 minutes drive. It is best from March-June every year to see the Blue Tiger Butterflies.
"PAPERBARK Trail Walk"
The Paperbark Tail walk is an easy 15 minute loop opposite the entry to Springs Beach, Agnes Water. The Paperbark Trail has stepping stones, a wooden boardwalk and is home to some of the most spectacular Paperbark Trees and many creeping vines, butterflies and many amazing wonders! Allow some extra time for all of the photo stops.
"1770 Headland and Lookouts"
This trail starts from the parking area at 1770 Headland and goes to and from the lookouts, is an easy walk. Spectacular views of the Town of 1770 and the sandbars that form Bustard Bay.
"AGNES WATER BEACH"
The beach trail is 5.5 kilometers long, great for walking at low tide. Enter via the foot bridge near the parking area at Tom Jeffery Park at Agnes Street. Look out for pretty seashells, washed up coral from the iconic Great Barrier Reef, dolphins, turtles and large schools of fish.
Park your vehicle at the Community Center, which is located at the rear of the Museum on Springs Road, Agnes Water. Alternatively, it is a short 1 kilometer walk from the center of Agnes Water. The Discovery Trail map is located in the Parking area at the Museum (make sure you visit – it’s just $3 entry!). The trail meanders through bush to the Agnes Water Lookout and takes approximately 25 minutes round trip. The lookout overlooks Agnes Water Beach and Workman’s Beach. Spectacular scenery and breathtaking views.
"RED ROCK TRAIL"
This trail is located south of Agnes Water. A reasonable level of fitness is required for this track as there are some steep inclines. Take water with you. Follow Springs Road travelling south for 3.2 kilometers enter the sandy track on the left, which is opposite the Reedy Creek Reserve sign. Follow the track for 800 meters and park near the trees. Lock your vehicle and take your valuables with you. The walking track consists of a boardwalk, sand, beach and stepping stones. The beaches and the scenery are superb! You may even sight turtles and a dolphin or two. The track is to the right as you enter the beach and to Red Rock will take a good hour of walking or several hours if you wish to stop, view the scenery or take a swim.

1770 (near camping ground)
In the Town of 1770, there is Endeavor Park and the Air Sea Rescue Park, of which both have free BBQ’s, water views, maintained lawns and are both among st beautiful Australian bush.
Workman’s Beach has a camping area with a 200 m track to the beach. Free BBQ facilities, drop toilet, cold shower and taps. Just past the Agnes Water "
-Museum on Springs Road – look for the big blue sign that reads “Camping Area”.
-Agnes Water Playgrounds
There is a playground next to the Skate bowl on Springs Road, and the other playground is located at the Main Entrance to Agnes Water Beach at Tom Jeffery Park. There’s free BBQ’s at Tom Jeffrey Park.
*Agnes Water Skate Park
Located 100 meters past the Agnes Water Museum on Springs Road, complete with play area for kids, toilets and tap water. Great little skate bowl!

I am easygoing person w/ full of smiles,friendly & helpful :) It's the most beautiful time of the year to visit the real 1770 Headland stunning ocean views & spectacular sunsets.If you love anything that involves the ocean. Swimming, snorkeling or surfing are all fun, which distracts from your mind that you are actually doing a workout. Being outdoors in the sun & the salt water is great for freeing your mind & feeling alive. Rest & refresh your mind,body & soul.
