1. This is your ‘Home Away From Home’, not a hotel. You will enjoy your stay as much as you respect her.
2. Please remove shoes while in the home.
3. Please respect your neighbors and observe the 10 PM - 8 AM quiet time as this is a residential building. Violations may result in loose of damage deposit and eviction.
4. No parties, drugs, excessive drinking or loud music.
5. Please run the dishwasher prior to your departure.
6. Lost FOB, Garage opener($250 each charged by the condo company), keys will be charged back to guest to replace.
7. Please also do not light candles or use any other fire hazards that may cause fire alarm or serious damages to the property.
