Large balcony (91 sqft) and en suite laundry. The European-style kitchen boasts quartz counter tops, glass back splash, & top of the line integrated appliances by Blomberg and Faber. Outstanding amenities include a gym and yoga studio, social club (1350sqft lounge), garden terrace and 24hr on site concierge /security service.

2. Please remove shoes while in the home.
3. Please respect your neighbors and observe the 10 PM - 8 AM quiet time as this is a residential building. Violations may result in loose of damage deposit and eviction.
4. No parties, drugs, excessive drinking or loud music.
5. Please run the dishwasher prior to your departure.
6. Lost FOB, Garage opener($250 each charged by the condo company), keys will be charged back to guest to replace.
7. Please also do not light candles or use any other fire hazards that may cause fire alarm or serious damages to the property.

Jean's Appartement ist absolut klasse! Tolle Lage, in ca 10 min ist man mitten in downtown und am Tower. Jegliche Abwicklung mit Jean funktioniert absolut stressfrei und ohne Hindernisse. Wenn ich das nächste Mal in Calgary bin, sofort wieder!

The unit is in a quiet & new building. The unit is extremely clean and well maintained. Close to everything! Fairly close walk to Stephen Ave, close to the Stampede grounds, and lots of bars/pubs nearby. Everything is 100% accurate in Jean's description of the property and it has everything you could possibly need to have a great trip.

My wife and I stayed here while traveling to Calgary and Banff on our honeymoon. We loved staying at Jean's condo! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great - very close to the downtown area and the river parks. We enjoyed exploring the city and eating at the restaurants and cafes near the condo. Jean was very accommodating and always available by email if we had questions. Check-in was very simple and the whole building was very quiet. Safe and secure parking was a big plus! Overall, this was an great location and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in the city!

Jean was a great host. We definitely had a great and comfortable stay in her place. The place was clean,comfortable and cozy. Pretty much everything was provided in the place. The location was perfect! So close to a lot of stores/restaurant and downtown core. We would definitely stay in her place next time we're in Calgary again.
