Central to Cheltenham and everything it has to offer. A gorgeous regency building with chandeliers and marble floors in the communal space, you get the whole of the top floor to yourself. Designed to suit families, friends or couples travelling, and provisioned for the self catering chef, or those who just want to explore the area and its many excellent bars and restaurants.

Shared access to communal hallways (4 flats in total in the block, and one office). Private entrance at top of the building to this flat, with a videophone to the front door. Any time check in, after the flat becomes available.
Secure storage available in basement for bikes, suitcases or larger items if required.

We live in Cheltenham (and will advise if out of town, with alternate contacts provided); you will be left to your own devices unless you need help with anything. The building has 3 other flats and an office on the ground floor that is manned during the working week. At weekends, we are a 10 minute drive away but will respond as quickly as possible to problems or queries.
Happy to give tips on the local area, and also able to help with ticket purchase for the racing or for the Cheltenham festivals if required.

We have children and understand what makes a difference if you are travelling, so please do ask if we can help.
We fire safety check the whole building routinely; there are fire extinguishers on all levels (all in date) and gas / boiler safety checks are conducted annually (certificates available).
Fire alarm check is Tuesday morning (after the office opens!)
No smoking inside.
Sorry, absolutely no groups of students or hen / stag parties.
Pets and small children welcome with prior agreement.
£50 fee for lost / non returned keys or avoidable fire alarm trigger.
Don't attempt to open the white doors on the ground floor - it set off the office alarms and needs someone on site to reset them.
Quiet residential block; please respect others and keep noise down after 10pm.

3 boys, mad dog and full time jobs to keep us busy.
However, we let our 3 corporate flats when they aren't needed by Pharos Offshore Ltd. They are all finished to a high standard, and having travelled the world from Siberia to Sydney to Sheepscombe to Santiago, Phil and I hope we know what makes a good trip special.
So we'll try and make this a long way from a crash pad or 'executive suite' - more home from home, and with the guarantee of comfortable beds, gorgeous linens, immaculate living spaces and local colour (which might be some flowers from our garden, or a recent copy of Cotswold Life). Plus on site help during the day, and a phone call away at night and at weekends.
We don't do meals as a matter of routine, but if you ask, we'll always say what is possible..
We would happily live in any of the places that we rent (and sometimes wish that we did!). Please read our reviews to see that we take hosting seriously and wherever possible, we go the extra mile to ensure guests can make the most of being in Cheltenham.
If you need reassurance on safety, our building is fire safety inspected monthly, equipment is independently verified and date stamped with last test, we have a weekly full fire alarm test (Tuesday mornings after 9am) and all relevant gas and electrical safety certificates are kept in date and are available for inspection on demand. Hotel standards at airbnb prices :-)
