Blake and Alexandra were really friendly hosts. First of all they were extremely flexible with the check-in. Then they provided all sorts of information on places nearby you should go visit and restaurants etc. If you needed anything they were always there to help out. The house has three rooms with two bunk beds in each. It's like a mini hostel. Sound you should be okay with that. Though all the other people staying there were also very open-minded and cool. You can use the kitchen, washing machine and dryer. They even provide bikes and lockers in case you needed them. So all in all it was a great experience to stay at this place and if I'm ever on Oahu again I will definitely stay there again. One last thing for everyone who doesn't have a rental car: there is also a bus stop right behind the house. I didn't have a car either but you can get to the east coast, the nearby towns and beaches and Honolulu quite easy from their place.

I had such a wonderful experience here; this will stay my best memory of Oahu. Everybody at this place was just amazing. Communications were very responsive, kind and quick. As I unfortunately couldn’t stay longer, I was kindly invited to stay for only two nights. Blake even picked me up in the town when I arrived. I was then introduced to everybody and immediately felt at home. There was an extremely good atmosphere at this place, with fantastic hosts as well as great other guests. Blake & Alex work hard, have just started building this up and already made it a wonderful place. I was lucky to get a four-bed-room just for myself. I also really liked the spacious common area with the open kitchen and comfortable sitting spaces. You can always meet somebody there to exchange or also be quiet and get your work done. There is free coffee and on top I got invited by Kricket to enjoy her delicious home-made smoothies and similar. Kricket also showed me around the best places in town in the afternoon. I could even rent a scooter, which was fantastic to get around and allowed me to go to the beautiful northwest and do the coastal hike to Kaena Point. Wished I could have stayed longer. Hopefully will come back one day and see how the house has further grown. Mahalo for everything!

I cannot write an unbias public review. I checked in and had to leave, I did not feel safe and couldn't stay there.

This property is in a really great location in Haleiwa, a short walk to everything in town (you'll need a car or take the bus to reach the other beaches on the North Shore). The rooms are small and the bathroom was a bit dirty but they are in the middle of bathroom renovations so sure this will be updated soon. For the price you won't find anything else that compare in the area.

I'm so grateful I stayed there and I would definitely stay there again. Location is perfect with or without a rectal car, being situated right next to Haleiewa and busses. Hosts are friendly and helpful. Interactions with them and other guests added a lot to my trip. Hostel style accommodations with improvements and additions in progress. Left feeling grateful and refreshed!

Nice homely vibe here. Bathroom is under renovation so only one shower at the moment but it wasn't much of an issue. Location is fantastic. Bikes are free to use, as are the washing and drying machines. I'd stay again. Thanks Alexandra and Blake
