We were surprised by the fact that you respond on our queries as a host during your stay if you need anything, and at the end of vacation, you've been satisfied with accommodation and that everything was perfect and that you do not need anything extra.
We are sorry that you did not say what you miss or does not satisfie you because we could immediately solve all your needs with ease. You were a very nice group of young people as we wrote in our review and as hosts we tried for you to have a nice vacation in our home.
We will certainly accept your suggestion which will positively affect the satisfaction of future guests.
But the fact is that even the best accommodation does not always suit all guests.
Regarding your remark on the hardness of the beds, note that all the beds in the house were made by a reputable company two years ago.
Bed linen is also new and used for the first time this season.
Since cookers work on gas, it is possible that the bottle get empty during the stay of a tourist, which happened to you too. Guests only need to inform the host about the disappearance of the gas. We always have spare bottles and we replace the consumables in a couple of minutes.
The cleanliness of the apartments is carried out by the cleaning agency, and we will draw their attention on your remarks and control their further work. As renters we keep up to the standard of cleanliness in our home, that is, small lapse are always possible.
Once again, we're sorry that our offer did not meet your expectations as you have written in the review because we are here to provide our guests the best and unforgettable vacation. With better communication from both sides, many "minor" imperfections are very easy to solve on satisfaction of both sides.
