Villa Areti is uniquely situated: on one side it overlooks one of the loveliest areas of the Old Harbor, and on the other gazes directly onto the sea. Between the house and the sea are spacious private grounds sprinkled with shrubs and fruit trees, followed by a walk (about 1 minute) down a stone path to a secluded cove. The house is capacious and pleasant, with a central living room area whose ceiling is two-stories in height.
The main house has 3 (upstairs) master bedrooms; 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs bathroom; a spacious central area, consisting of sitting room and hall connected by two broad, shallow steps; 1 large kitchen; and a small extra room off the kitchen. Every master bedroom has its own veranda, and its own unique and spectacular view. On the ground floor, the central space and kitchen open onto a grand veranda surrounded by cultivated plants, which offers expansive views of mountain, harbo r, and sea.
Additionally there are two guest houses. One is structurally separate from the main house but close to it, shaded by a small grove of trees; it features a master bedroom and its own bathroom. The other, while structurally part of the main house, has its own private entrance; it features a bedroom and bathroom.
