4 season cabin in woods on 200 ft of lake front on Songo Pond near Bethel, ME. Enjoy summers kayaking, swimming and fishing. Warm up after skiing in winter- 20 min to Sunday River, and 19 min to Mt. Abrams. Sleeps 8. Great for families. We welcome well behaved dogs. July and Aug weekly rentals only (Sat -Sat), but you are welcome to arrive and leave any day during the week.
With new renovations the cabin has a large open kitchen, dining room with a great view and a large cozy living room with a wood burning stove and TV. Four bedrooms can accommodate 12 guests - especially families. (Three queen beds, six twin/bunks.) One large bathroom with washer and dryer and a second bathroom in the basement

Guests will have access to the cabin and to nearly 3 acres of beautiful wooded area with 200 feet of lake front on calm Songo Pond.
Guests will have fun on the lake in the warmer weather wading into on our sand beach or kayaking in one of our three kayaks.

This cabin is an all season cabin. A wood burning stove adds charm and heat to the living area. Bedrooms are heated individually with thermostat controlled base board heaters.
We caution all guests to use provided safety equipment when using the wood burning stove and to familiarize themselves with the location and instructions for the provided fire extinguishers. A first aid kit is also provided.
Use of the wood burning stove and any use of the lake is done at guest's own risk. All Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Property Owners harmless from any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained by Guest or parties invited onto the property by Guest.

We are Amy and Barbara. We live in Portland with our respective families. Amy is married to Mike and has two young sons, Mateo and Noé. Amy is an independent consultant for Barbara is married to Bob and has a young daughter, Katyana. We both have Airbnb properties in Portland. We enjoy sharing our spaces with visitors to Maine.
