It is very rare to find first class rental homes in this area. Fully renovated with 5 beds and 2 baths, this is one of the larger vacation rentals in the Pacific Beach area. This home's design was well thought out, specifically for hosting larger groups and families.

The Property is located in a residential neighborhood, and may not be used in any commercial way, or as a locale for public events, commercial promotions of products or services, or other large gatherings. The Occupants may not make any alterations to the Property whatsoever. The Guest may not authorize any other persons to utilize the Property in the Guest’s absence; nor may the Guest assign or sublease the Property, in whole or in part; nor hire outside suppliers/ vendors(i.e. chef, butler, housekeeper, bartender, security…etc) All Occupants who stay on the Property overnight must be properly communicated in writing at time of reservation.

House was in a great location; walking distance to restaurants/stores/bars, but in a quiet neighborhood. House was more than big enough to accommodate 8 adults. Definitely would stay here again.

The house was great! Walking distance to bars, grocery stores and the beach! Plenty of room for our group of 10, as well. Holly was also very easy to contact and super helpful! Overall, great house!

Mission Beach is a great neighborhood, full of life, surf and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay in San Diego.

Great space! Worked well for our family reunion. We were able to walk to the beach and a short drive from a lot of San Diego attractions (Zoo, USS Midway, Gaslamp district, etc).

Great space! Great location! Holly and Chaz were really quick to Respond to any questions. The home was more beautiful in person and very clean had everything we needed.

Great place, key code entry was nice and the location is close to EVERYTHING. A con is there is no air conditioning, during our stay the temperature was lower outside so it wasn't terribly hot but probably would have given 4 stars if it would have been warmer outside. Over all a nice stay and good communication.
