Just to make things clear.
1. I made you aware that we wont be in the city for the long weekend and i mentioned you the day of your booking.
2. You took the keys inside from the key-box which were for second guest which had the apartment number and details written on it ( i should have mentioned you for backup but i felt the instructions on keys will give you a good explanation).
3. After trying to get in touch with the building emergency services for door keys to open the door and take the keys (which they were not present during the long weekend) you were our last option. most of our messages were checking weather everything was on track because my other guest was not having any place to stay. (i kept on apologizing to you regarding this where you mentioned no worries and you kept on apologizing as well)
4. Yes we never ran into a situation like this where the cleaning lady, buiding services dint respond which i deeply apologize to create this experience for you but i can make sure that no one has ever gone through this before and always had a great experience at our place.
Overall i don't blame you and take the blame and if you run into similar situation i would highly recommend you to instantly inform airbnb or the host and we will take instant measures and not wait till the last day after your trip (as in i was not aware the cleaning person dint show up till your feedback on my airbnb wall) .
You corporated very well in this worse situation for us where all my backups failed and had to totally be dependent on you as the last hope on the first day of your stay.
