The Neighbourhood


The unit is in/close to the "party" district of Surfers Paradise but there is no noise being on the 8th floor. It is directly across the road from the lifeguard patrolled beach with great cafés and Restaurants Galore all very close by.


Getting Around


Close to public transport. Trams, Buses & Trains. Hire scotters and bicycles.

This place is great for people who are looking to be close to everything and enjoy a homey and comforting place to stay!

Location is absolutely prime, we hardly spent time at the apartment and enjoyed everything the GC has to offer, apartment had a beach feel and a parking spot as we came from Brisbane so that was super helpful, apartment is an older style but modern enough, range of dvds in the lounge for kids, Uber eats was easy to do here also, could do with a lick of paint and a few appliances, linen, whiteware upgrades in the near future but we weren’t cooking or anything like that anyway but in saying that we knew we weren’t going to be spending much time at the apartment even though weather was bad we still didn’t spend much time here. Had everything we needed, communication and ease of check in and out was excellent, excellent view and balcony area is perfect for a small group and that’s where we spent most our time, master bedroom is airy and roomy, very low maintenance required for the entire place. Great value for 3 nights Tues-Fri and three people, whole apartment, great breakfast next door and the beach at your fingertips, safe and kid/adult friendly apartment. Overall simple but adequate is what I would say and LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Surfers is a two minute walk, beach is literally across the road, there is a 24/7 convenience store, bottle o, cafe right next to the apartment and in the heart of Surfers. Extremely easy to get around.

Definitely adding this one to the list. Communication with the host was on point. Tbh was better than our expectation and we got a lot of value for our money. We will be back for sure next time we visit GC or stopping by. Thank you again. Josh

Charmaine's place is in a perfect location and your group/family will enjoy staying there. It is walking distance to everything, including the beach. We had so many great meals close to the condo. My only reservation is that the unit is a bit aged, there is only one bathroom, and we had a major appliance breakdown during our stay. Nevertheless, Charmaine had another smaller unit available for us to stay for the one remaining night and was very accommodating for our family who had two different late arrivals during our time in Surfers' Paradise. I recommend this unit for future AirBnB visits.

My husband and I live in Brisbane on a small acreage block with our 3 children and manage our beachfront unit / apartment at Surfers Paradise. We love to travel ourselves and have use AirBNB on a number of occasions. Because of our great experiences with AirBNB we would like to share our little piece of paradise with other people.
