You'll LOVE the central location. Located on a quiet side street, but just a 3 minute walk to Queen West or Dundas St. Kensington Market, Little Italy, Chinatown, King St West, and Trinity Bellwoods Park are within a 10 min walk. Walk to 3 different transit lines.
The home was renovated in 2015 and is a mix of modern design and original character circa 1900 (exposed brick, oak staircase, original doors). Your private bedroom is roomy and so is your clean and modern bathroom.
I request that you have at least 1 review as a guest before I'll accept your booking. Please remember you're staying in my home and not a hotel, by which I mostly mean be mindful of noise late at night like you might be at your parent's house. After that, the let's all just be considerate and respectful of each other and we'll all be happy.
Here are my basic house rules:
1) Please remove your shoes at the door. You might want to bring some flip flops or slippers as it can get a bit dusty with all oak hardwood floors.
2) Only "registered" (i.e. paid for) guests allowed in the house, unless I've given you my express consent via Airbnb's messages or text.
3) No smoking or drug use on the property
4) I've got a scent/fragrance sensitivity/allergy so I request that you avoid applying fragrances inside
I'm an easy going Canadian guy who likes to travel. I have a goal of eventually (no hurry) visiting every city that has hosted a Summer Olympics. Now that Rio has hosted, there have been 23 different cities in the 29 games (4 have hosted twice and 1 has hosted 3 times). I've got 10 to go.
