Upstairs, the house is framed on three sides by wraparound timber decking, with access from the living spaces and bedrooms and offers modern outdoor seating and gorgeous lush green bushland views.
A Reverse cycle air conditioning unit is featured in the living and dining area and the house has ceiling fans throughout. Guests can also enjoy complimentary wireless internet during their stay.

Tallow Beach also offers dedicated dog-friendly off-leash area within walking distance from the pet friendly Beach Chalet.
- o Please note that 7 night minimum stays may apply during holiday seasons.
- o A $1000 Security Deposit will be required. This is held as a pre-authorization on a credit card. The Management will require a credit card for the Security Deposit prior to sending through arrival instructions.
- o Strict no party policy - fees and eviction can apply for security call-outs (in response to the noisy neighbor hotline).
- o No schoolies permitted.
- o Christmas and New Year Bookings: if dates include both Christmas Day and New Year's Eve a 12 night min stay applies.
- o We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in loss of bond or immediate termination.
