- please take care of the room, any damages incurred will be charged accordingly
- keep the room clean (GROUPS ARE USUALLY MESSY, but I hope you will tidy up and keep the room in a good condition; for an extra messy room, I will have to charge an additional cleaning fee to regulate disrespectful guests and photos of the room will be sent to you as a proof)
- moderate use of electricity should be observed as the electricity here in Cebu is high (turn off appliances when not in use and unplug when going out)
- strictly no smoking please (property management will impose a fee; hence a fee will be collected from you too)
- declare the correct number of guests because undeclared guest/s are not allowed to check in (property strict policy)
- undeclared guests will have an additional fee that will be deducted from your deposit
- undeclared guest/s can access lobby; property personnel might prohibit your guest/s from entering your unit
- ID's are needed as this is a measure for the condo personnel to monitor guests checking in; send a soft copy in advances please
