Lovely house, comfortable with all utilities you could need. Easy access to Holloway Road and buses/ tube/supermarkets. Perfect for our needs.

Joli appartement adapté aux familles dans un quartier calme et agréable. Je regrette ne pas avoir rencontré le propriétaire lors de notre arrivée car il aurait pu nous donner certaines précisions. En effet, la personne qui nous a fait visiter l'appartement l'a fait de manière simple et rapide sans connaître certains détails d'usage. Ceci aurait sûrement éviter la petite inondation que nous avons eue dans les toilettes sous les toits: en effet, un interrupteur situé dans les escaliers activait la pompe et celui-ci avait été bougé et ne fonctionnait donc plus quand nous avons utilisé les toilettes...donc petite frayeur, eau partout par terre et grand nettoyage jusqu'à ce que nous comprenions le système. Je pense qu'il est nécessaire d'informer le locataire de ce genre d'installation afin d'éviter tout problème d'eau... Nous avons eu une panne de boiler donc pas d'eau chaude pendant les derniers jours de notre séjour. Bien sûre cela peut arriver mais ce n'est pas très agréable... A part ces 2 inconvénients, la maison était très confortable, très jolie, les draps et linges très agréables. Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir dans ce quartier paisible et je recommande cette location pour une famille (nous étions 6 avec 4 enfants).

We booked this house to accommodate our family over Christmas and it was perfect! The property was extremely well presented with fresh bed linen, lovely relaxed lighting and even a real Christmas tree :-). The property was exactly as described and was a beautiful family home where we felt safe, comfortable and cosy over Christmas. The location was great as it was on a very peaceful road but still relatively close to shops and transport links. We were also able to park right outside over the Christmas bank holiday. This property is ideal for families who are looking for a homely atmosphere.
