My home is a large four bedroom space set over three floors. There is a huge common area with an open plan living room / dining room / kitchen, and the top floor has charming slanted roofs and skylight windows. This space is perfect for a large group of friends or a family who wants all the comforts of home while still being accessible to London.
This is a bright, tidy, and spacious home in a quiet neighbourhood that is accessible to central London through several tube lines and bus routes. Set over three floors, there is plenty of space to stretch out and make yourself at home here.
There are four bedrooms, each with a double bed. The first one upon coming up the stairs is also a study, with desk space. The second one is on the second floor, and the third and fourth are on the top floor and have skylight windows and slanting roofs.

DINING ROOM / KITCHEN
Dining table that seats six in a large open plan kitchen area. There is ample countertop space, modern LED track lighting on the shelves, a dishwasher, a five-burner gas stove, and big windows.
BATHROOM / WCs
The main bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead and separate handheld showerhead. There are two additional WCs – one in the utility room on the top floor where you can also do laundry, and one across from the first bedroom when you come up the stairs. Please note that only the main bathroom has a shower.

Guests have complete access to the entire flat. Additionally, I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free, on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport… or anything else you might fancy. Hopefully this will help you get even more out of your stay. Details will be provided at check-in.

When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be.

Please note that standard check in times are between 3pm - 10pm, but subject to availability. Please note that by booking you understand that your preferred check in time may not be available but will always try to be accommodated!
Please note our house rules:
-All guests are required to present their passport or drivers license in person as part of the check in process
-There must be at least one adult over the age of 21 in your group
-You may not have the majority of people in your group under the age of 21
As you may be aware, London has a 90 day policy on Short Term Holiday Lets.
In order to allow me to continue sharing my home with guests like yourself, sometimes I allow people to rent my property for longer periods at certain times of the year.
This means that from time to time, people ask to view the property in advance.
Although this is rare, if you do make a booking with me (and I’d love for you to stay!), please bear in mind that a viewing may take place, but I promise to let you know and it will be very short!
Please note we can't accept any check-ins on the 25th or 26th of December.
