Lounge and dining open onto a large deck, with a BBQ and outdoor setting. There is a spacious open plan lounge room with a large television, blue tooth sound bar, DVD and gas fire. There beautiful dining area and modern kitchen have spectacular views.

The downstairs bedroom one has a queen size bed, and bedroom 2 has a double bed with a single on the top. The main bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet. Upstairs is bedroom 3 which has a queen size bed. There is a second bathroom upstairs. Bedroom 4 is a parent's retreat and features a queen size bed plus a modular lounge, kitchenette, TV and DVD. Linen not provided. There is a laundry with washing machine and dryer, plus a third toilet.

Copacabana Beach is one of the Central Coast’s most breathtakingly beautiful and relaxed beaches. It’s a patrolled beach perfect for swimming, surfing and there’s a rock pool for the kids. The local village has cafes, restaurant, convenience stores and there’s a coffee shop at the Surf Club.

This property is let for holiday purposes only and each booking is subject to our Terms and Conditions. No parties or large gatherings are permitted.

We stayed in this house for just under a week and thoroughly enjoyed the location. It is a short walk to local shops and the beach! The Rockpool was perfect for the kids. The house itself is well equiped with appliances and is tidy. The pantry and fridge also included your essentials. There are a very large set of steps to get out of the house, to your car parking spot or to walk to the beach. These are not depicted in the listing so bare this in mind if you have mobility issues or kids. Other than that, we had a great stay.

The view and accommodation was amazing. The hosts were responsive and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend.

The hosts made us feel very welcome. It was a lovely touch not only to have milk in the fridge but wine, cheese and chocolates too! The photos don't actually do it justice, it really was a great house, especially for four adult couples as 3 of the rooms had queen beds and the fourth a double. It was also a great location with fantastic views but still walking distance to the beach and shops
