Our unit is 1 story, 650 sqft, features 2 comfortable queen sized beds, central heating and air conditioning, plenty of private yard space, a high end kitchen, two flat screen TV's with cable, free NetFlix streaming, Roku3, Bluray/DVD player, and high speed (15Mbps) internet. Tank-less water heaters allow for relaxing post ocean swim showers, followed up with relaxation in a comfortable living room.
You'll have off street parking that allows for two tandomly parked vehicles which is very desirable in this area. However if you chose, the property is but a $20 cab ride from the airport, so if you're looking to stay local, a rental car may not be needed. With cabs, bikes, and the trolley, a reasonably energetic person will fare very well! Our beach towns are extremely bike friendly.
We have boogie boards, three bicycles, some fishing and snorkeling gear, beach chairs, and an umbrella for your use. There is a shared washer and dryer for your use on the property. You will have a Weber charcoal grill with a coal starter, charcoal, lighter, and flavor chips provided. Fire it up and and you're good to go.

Ocean Beach is centrally located and a short walk, bike or cab ride away from many attractions. Above and beyond the beautiful beach, Sunset Cliffs, and numerous diversified activities to suit all tastes, additional attractions within an hour of this location are gambling at the Barona Casino, excellent mountain biking and hiking in the Laguna Mountains, Knotts Soak City Waterpark, Duty Free Shopping, and for the adventurous Tijuana, Rosarito, and Tecate. Disneyland is a 1.5 hour drive and Los Angeles as well as Anzo Borrego State Park are a 2 hour drive making for reasonable day trips.

This is a Non Smoking rental property.
We are new to this marketing site, however we are a 5/5 star property, rated by guests directly, on other marketing sites. We outfitted our property as if we lived there.
Most all of Ocean Beach can be described as a semi-urban beach town, so please ask us any questions you may have about day-time noise levels, etc. Beach towns are busy. Ocean Beach is also conveniently located just West of the airport. As such, there can be flight noise from 6:30 am to around 10pm. This is across the board in OB and part of Point Loma.

Traveler agrees to all Terms, Payment Schedule, and Rental Costs as defined in this transaction:
The following Terms of Occupancy apply through the duration of the Travelers stay beginning at the time of Check-In on the Check-In Date through the Travelers Check-Out.
1. Lessee shall not violate any city ordinance or state law in or about the premises.
2. Lessee shall not sublet the premises, or any part thereof, or assign this agreement without the written consent of the Lessor.
3. Lessee, in case of fire or theft, shall give immediate notice thereof to the Lessor or agent of same.
4. Lessee must not make any alterations or improvements to said premises, without written consent of Lessor.
5. If legal action takes place or must be instituted by Lessor, Lessee agrees to pay all costs, expenses and to pay all attorney's fees, as the court may affix.
6.Smoking and/or the use of Smoking Products in the beach cottage and/or on the premise is prohibited. * see note below.
7. Parties and/or events are not permitted.
8. All occupants (up to 4 people) are aged 25 or older or those under 25 will be accompanied by a legal guardian.
9Lessee shall notify Lessor immediately of any damage that occurs.
10.If bringing a dog, Lessee agrees to the terms and conditions as stated in “Dog Terms” of this contract.

Cooking utensils and kitchen equipment are furnished. Linens and bedding are furnished.
A security deposit ($300.00 without dogs, $450.00 for up to two dogs) will be collected in advance and is required to reserve the requested dates. This deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days in advance of reservation. Your security deposit will be refunded via the same method of payment used to book the property within 21 days from Check-out date.
If cleaning expenses or damage must be incurred by Lessor to restore the premises to the condition they were in at the time of Lessee's occupancy, the amount necessary for said restoration will be deducted from the security deposit and the balance, if any, will be refunded
"Smoking," as used in this contract, means smoking any substance, including but not limited to, tobacco, cloves, or marijuana. "Smoking Products" include, but are not limited to, all cigarette products (cigarettes, bidis, kreteks, e-cigarettes, etc.) and all smoke-producing products (cigars, pipes, hookahs, etc.). “Premise”, as used in this contract, includes, but is not limited to all indoor, outdoor, basement, etc. areas on and around (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) Brighton Avenue, 92107. Violation of the no smoking policy may result in forfeiture of some or all of the Travelers Security Deposit.
-Immunizations and Flea Medication: You acknowledge that your dogs are current on all required vaccinations and immunizations per city code and are currently treated with an effective flea medication.
-Barking: Please be mindful of your dogs barking while both inside and outside. Our neighbors are very close in proximity and we are of the understanding that your dog is not an excessive barker. Please do not leave them outside while gone and consider closing the front windows while they are inside alone.
-Damage: We understand that at times dogs exhibit unexpected behaviour in a new environment. You agree to notify us immediately about any damage that occurs so we have time to make arrangements for the next vacationers. If damage is significant, you agree to allow Lessor to make repairs during your stay. Most of the summer we have 4 hours to clean and prep for upcoming stays. The more advanced notification we have from you, the less impact this has on vacationers.
-Couch Covers: We have placed covers over the couches to protect them from the hair and sand that is part of the package with a dog at the beach. You agree to leave those covers in place during your stay. Ideally we’d love for your dog to use a dog bed as their place of relaxation.
-Sand, Salt, and Dirt: We ask that care is used to discourage digging in the garden. We ask that all guests, including dogs, are either hosed down or thoroughly brushed after the beach and before coming inside the rental unit to minimize the amount of sand, salt, and dirt that gets tracked inside. We have a cool water outdoor shower and a hose for your convenience.
