Smoking Policy
-My Unit has a strict PATIO ONLY smoking policy. ANY evidence of smoking OR ANY materials/devices associated with smoking are found ANYWHERE within the UNIT will result in a $250 charge to the account of the GUEST. All cigar/cigarette butts, ashes, "roaches, clips, guts/cigar innards/tobacco must be disposed of in the proper area on the PATIO. And must remain outside in the PATIO's trash can with the lid closed. This also goes for the wrappers/box/ or whatever packing the tobacco products come in. While smoking on the PATIO the door to the UNIT must remained CLOSED and all windows must be CLOSED. Failure to do ANY of the fore mentioned and it will result in being asked to leave the UNIT immediately or the account of the GUEST being charged for the full amount of $250.
Pet Policy
-My Unit is a pet-free property. Any evidence of pet(s) in the UNIT will result in a $250 cleaning fee per day charged to the guest account. Any guest found with pet(s) in their room will be asked to leave the property immediately.
Damages Policy
-My UNIT reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage(s), caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the UNIT’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to contact AirBnB and request a charge to the guest’s credit card with the direction of AirBnB.
Alcohol/ Coolers Policy
-Alcoholic beverages may be obtained from any local liquor store for consumption within the UNIT including the PATIO only and is restricted to those 21 years of age or older with valid Proof of Identification. Coolers are permitted into the UNIT. The UNIT is equipped with a full size refrigerator for items that need refrigeration.
No-Party/Events/Weddings Policy
-My UNIT has a strict “No Party” policy in the UNIT or in public areas. Noise complaints are taken very seriously and may result in eviction without compensation.
Fire Safety Policy
-My Unit is fully equipped with smoke detectors and the emergency evacuation plan has been posted in the Home Safety Section.
Lost and Found Policy
-My UNIT is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. Should any guests lose personal belongings whilst staying at My UNIT, if recovered, the item will be recorded as
'found'. MY UNIT keeps detailed records of all 'found' items, and will make a reasonable effort to contact the guest if an item is left in the UNIT's guest room after the guest has checked-out which
will be placed in our Lost & Found safety box. We will ship items back at the owner's expense. Any items in the Lost & Found, which are not claimed within seven (7) days, will be donated to a local charity or discarded.
Housekeeping Service
-We do not provide housekeeping service but you will find a fully functional washer and dyer. An Iron and Ironing Board to use as well.
Unit Guest Parking
-Guest must register his/her vehicle with the UNIT/ There is no parking fee if you are staying at the UNIT. YOU MUST park where assigned otherwise you could be TOWED. My UNIT is not responsible for your vehicle being TOWED. If there is another vehicle in your assigned parking spot you must notify the STAFF of MY UNIT for further instructions as to where to park your vehicle.
-Any use of My UNIT’s fitness center is done at participant’s sole risk. My UNIT shall not be liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to the participant or participant’s personal property resulting from the use of the Wellness Benefits, regardless of whether it occurs as a result of My UNIT’s negligence. If the participant chooses to use the Wellness Benefits, the participant hereby expressly waives any claim of liability - for personal/bodily injury or damages - which occurs to the participant or for any loss of or injury to person or property. This waiver is intended to be a complete release of any responsibility for personal injuries and/or property loss/damage sustained by any participant while on My UNIT’s premises or at off-site exercise classes, whether using exercise equipment or not.
Pool Policy
-Swimming is permitted dawn to dusk during the open season. All POSTED sign by Property Management supersedes My UNIT's Policy.
The pool is reserved for registered guests of My UNIT and not open to the general public. Outside food or beverage is allowed. Glass containers, chinaware, and smoking are prohibited on the pool deck, if caught you will be asked to leave immediately. Filming and commercial photography is not allowed. Pool towels are NOT provided.
For the safety of our guests, My UNIT adheres to a no diving policy. Swimming is done at your OWN RISK. There is NO lifeguard on DUTY. We are not responsible for any injuries or losses to guests while they are at the pool.
-My UNIT's goal is to provide an atmosphere of relaxation and renewal, where our guests can be at their best. Should we receive a noise complaint, guests will receive a warning from My Staff. If the noise persists, charges may be applied for inconveniencing other guests.
-An extra person charge of $25 per night plus taxes will apply for any reservations exceeding maximum occupancy. All children over 8 years of age will be considered as an adult.
-An extra charge of $15 will be charged if ANY towels, face towels, hand towels, pillows, sheets, comforters, or robes are removed from the UNIT.
Lost Key/Fob Policy
-An extra charge of $200 will be charged if the SET(1) of Unit keys which include: 1 Main Key to the Unit; which unlocks and locks the front and patio door. 1 SECURED ENTRY Fob; which provides access to the building through all SECURE doors, 1 Entry Gate Fob; which provides access through Entry gate leading towards WalMart, and 1 Bottle opener.
-Please keep all doors and windows CLOSED when you decide to RUN the A/C or HEAT. Please leave ONLY (1) LIGHT of your choosing ON when not in the UNIT. Help us keep the energy/electric costs down so we can continue to provide a great home for you at a low cost. If caught running the A/C while doors and/or windows are OPEN or leaving more than (1) LIGHT on will result in a $50 charge to the account of the GUEST. I WILL STOP BY TO PERIODICALLY CHECK
- We DO NOT ask for a security deposit and to keep from passing this cost to you the GUEST; I will periodically check in on the UNIT. If we deem ANY of the House Rules are being violated, we will contact AirBnB and move forward accordingly.
- While cooking please use the exhaust vent. Clean up after yourself. Please DO NOT put any food or food particles down the garbage disposer. Please DO NOT use the dishwasher. Additional trash bags will be provided for your waste.
- ANY broken appliance(s) and the GUEST account with be charge the FULL AMOUNT of the REPAIR or REPLACEMENT of item(s) and an additional FEE based on any day(s) of lost business. ANY broken utensils or cutlery or plates or cups or shot glasses or wine glasses or cookware will result in a $15/item fee charged to the GUEST account.
- The air mattress will be provided upon request only. If ANY damage happens to the air mattress the GUEST account will be charged a replacement fee of $120.
- Regular Check Out is 11am. Guest are more than welcome to Check Out Late but will incur a per hour fee of $25 beginning at 11:01am local time. Whether you request the late Check Out or Not; the fee will be applied one Minute (1) after 11am local time.

Nick is responsible and helpful. There is a Wal-mart and metro station near the apartment. Security inside the community is fine but neighborhood is not friendly. Not recommend to single female.

My family and I had to go to Atlanta with 12 hours notice while vacationing in Savannah due to Hurricane Irma. Nick was 45 minutes late to grant us access into the condo. Parking is STRICTLY enforced. Even though you are parking in a designated spot per the specific condo, and it requires a badge to enter, you MUST CLEARLY display the parking pass (a slip of paper in a plastic CD case) or your car will get a boot placed and you will have to pay $75 (cash only), we learned the hard way. Not filthy, but certainly not how I would present a home for paying customers. Netflix was advertised but wasn't available due to payment issues. Very close to downtown but overall not a good neighborhood. Definitely not somewhere you will be able to take your children out and walk around. If you're looking for a crash pad close to downtown then this may work for you.

The location was perfect for us since we wanted to be able to walk to Mercedes Benz stadium and avoid having to sit in traffic. There is a MARTA stop literally by Nick's building, which made it super easy to leave the car when we wanted to. There are some great restaurants a short drive away. Nick was always easy to get in touch with, pleasamt, and responsive.

My husband and I very pleasant stay at Nick's place. It was very convenient and very close to the location of our event. I give him an "A" for his place being located in a secured building and having a secured parking lot, both inside of the garage and outside of the garage.

I cannot say enough good things about Nick and Shakira. They were phenomenal hosts. The unit was clean and well equipped. They were friendly and welcoming at check in. If I had any questions, they got back to me in no time. I will without a doubt be staying with them again!
