Large open plan living, lounge and kitchen plus a deck looking over the pool and straight out to the beach,
Air conditioned throughout. Large flat screen television and DVD player in the lounge room section, and a very modern kitchen which is a chef's delight.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are at one end of the house. Bedroom 1 with queen size bed, plus a single bed and an ensuite with views to the beach. Bedroom 2 has 2 king single beds. At the other end of the property is a very modern bathroom with dual vanity, bath, shower, and separate toilet. Bedroom 3 with queen bed and bedroom 4 two single beds. Linen not provided.
Downstairs is a table tennis table to occupying the children when they are not in the pool.
Charming Avoca Beach is perfectly suited for families with a well-protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children’s playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique ‘Indies Films’ to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.
