Fully equipped with great amenities, swimming pool, sauna and gym in the building and a parking spot. Great for families wanting to explore the city or for Business travelers working in CBD.

Great place. Location is directly next to a train station. That train station will get you to anywhere you need to go: airport, blue mtn, sydney harbor, etc. I would argue you dont need a rental car. House was comfy. Noise was not an issue. If you have the doors and windows open you will hear the trains at the station, but in a comfortable way. It never kept anyone up at night (plus they stop running around midnight) and it was almost cool that all the hustle and bustle was so close, yet so far because it was not loud/disturbing. Great flexibility with Nick and crew with check in and check out. Recommend this place for anyone visiting Sydney that wants to be able to get around, and go back home to a cool place at night. Wi-Fi was good, tv was a smart tv so that was concienant. Gym is not that great, but plenty of places to run near the area.

Just finished 3 weeks at this Airbnb and it was great. Lovely warehouse conversion with a funky feel to it. Super sunny (and therefore lovely and warm, especially as it's now winter) and a nice outdoor patio from which to watch Sydney - great expansive views across the city. Despite closeness to the Redfern Railway station there is no obtrusive train noise - in fact it's rather soothing hearing trains, very much in the background, when going to sleep. In fact the Railway station is a constant source of diversion. Wifi is excellent. Be warned the parking is a little tricky and it is definitely best to only have a small size car. Consideration for the neighbours carpark is a must. I highly recommend this place, especially for a longer stay as it is super comfortable, super convenient and the owner was very fast in getting back to us.

The location suited our needs. Having the train station right there was great. The apartment is on the 5th floor and the elevator only goes to the 4th. No central heating or air but there were portable heaters.

Nick is a great host, very quick in replying, extremely accomodating, and his Sydney home was fabulous. The place is a very secure, upscale penthouse, right next to Redfern train station which makes the downtown, harbor front and other places extremely approachable. Nick had all ameneities available in the house, and had a detailed brochure explaining the area, building and other aspects of our stay. I would highly recommend Nick, and would definitely stay at his place whenever I am in Sydney. thanks Nick.

Nice comfortable apartment with good facilities, good bathroom and kitchen. Plenty of room for luggage. Very convenient for trains.

Nick's place was spacious and comfortable. The view was fantastic and it was perfectly located for our needs. Even though it is right on top of the train station, the noise was mild and didn't even disturb our finicky sleeping baby. Comfy bed and couch, great TV set up, and a big balcony. The building felt very secure too.

Hi Guys

I'm Nick, thanks for checking out my humble abode. My place is on Air bnb because I have wanderlust, and try to travel as much as possible personally or with work. My latest adventure has taken me to Jakarta, Indonesia where I'm staying for a month.

I love travel, adventure, diving, sailing, good food, and music & movies with soul.

About the apartment - I moved into this place back in 2013, where it hadn't been touched since it was first built in 1984. So through a friend at work I found my awesome builder Jamie and we proceeded to redesign the entire apartment. I wanted to keep the place in keeping with the area & the building, so we planned to make it a bit industrial, expose the hidden brickwork etc. We also used Ironbark for the beams - this is in reference to the ironbark frame of the Watertower building. As always a few more things to do, but I hope you like the place.

Anyway, enjoy - and please feel free to shoot me any suggestions or tips.
