IN MORE DETAIL: With stunning views out to sea and creatively converted, style, space, light and comfort are the watchwords at "The Indilo". In an elevated location the real bonus is the south west facing balcony which extends along the length of the property taking full advantage of this fabulous spot. Ideal for the larger family with excellent facilities and well equipped, the accommodation is in a reverse style. The wonderful large open plan living room has a contemporary gas stove for chillier evenings, kitchen and dining areas together with a breakfast bar and French doors that concertina back onto the balcony really bringing the 'outside in'. Careful positioning of the mirrors plays with the views and light maximising the spacious feel. With four bedrooms in total, a double bedroom is located on the ground floor with excellent views and ensuite bathroom together with a separate cloakroom. The three further bedrooms can be found on the lower ground floor, one of which has an ensuite, and others which enjoy a separate bathroom, all of these rooms have far reaching views. The garden is made up of a large decked area extending the length of the home, with dining seating for eight, a swing seat, terrace to a hideaway seat with open views to the sea and a small lawn. A spiral staircase joins the decked terrace to the tiled balcony above. The centre of the village with its variety of shops, pubs and restaurants and beach are only a short walk down the hill. The Indilo is a lovely property and will thrill guests with its wonderful views and spacious living.Accommodation: Ground floor: Hall. Open plan Living room with kitchen and dining areas. As you make the final approach into Woolacombe village you will pass the Royal Hotel on your right and just before the church also on your right is the entrance to Chichester park. Proceed into Chichester Park, follow the road around to the right and take the first turning on the right. The Indilo is at the far right hand end of the cul-de-sac. The key safe is found to the left hand side of the front door under the window. Please make your self at home - the property is 'yours' for your stay.

Your holiday home will be ready and available from 3pm onwards on the day of your arrival. Check out time is 10am on day of departure. So we can prepare the apartment for our next guests, please respect our turnaround times and do leave the apartment on time.
My onsite housekeepers Sarah can be reached for any query issue or problem whatsoever. Her contact details will be available to you in ‘Guest resources’ when full payment made. Reception can sometimes be patchy in Woolacombe and so in an emergency please do both email, call and text.

Pamela's house is lovely with wonderful sea views and a lovely beach too. It was spotless when we arrived and so comfortable. The beds were very comfortable too and the showers were great. We cooked a lot at the house as the facilities were plentiful. The only disappointing comment I have is about the oven shelves which were rather dirty. I believe if the dog could talk she would say that she loved the house and the place in general too.

Great property with stunning views of the countryside and sea. Walking distance to beach and town but with small or elderly people you may need to drive and park near the beach as the walk back is very steep, especially if you have lots to take with you to the beach. There are two car parking spaces on the drive but you could park another in front of the drive as we had three cars. Property is light and airy with a bedroom off the lounge and the other three are downstairs. Furniture is basic Ikea stuff and squeezing seven people around the dining table was a bit tight. Opening wardrobe doors in the twin rooms was also a bit tight too. BBQ was rusty so use disposable ones. Overall nice place just could do with some updating.

Lovely situation overlooking Woolacombe beach. No good for those less able if you need to walk as it is a steep climb from the town. Take your own soap, none provided. Leather suite looking tired and low so unsuitable if you struggle to get up, b do the same. Garden is ok but if you have a dog watch out for gaps in the fence and hedge as it is not secure. Overall a great place for a few days. Well stocked kitchen with all necessary amenities and more.

This is beautiful house with everything you need for a lovely weekend. The views and scenery are amazing! Its less than a 10 minute to the beach and shops. Good communication with Pamela. Would definaltey recommend this for holidays in Woolacombe.

Absolutely beautiful home with breathtaking views. We had a fantastic time despite the weather! The house has everything you need and the living areas have a very social layout which was perfect for our large group. Lovely big seating area overlooking the view to the sea. The pictures do not do it justice at all. Lovely peaceful area and walking distance to the beach....perfect!
