In an elevated location the real bonus is the south west facing balcony which extends along the length of the property taking full advantage of this fabulous spot. Ideal for the larger family with excellent facilities and well equipped, the accommodation is in a reverse style. The wonderful large open plan living room has a contemporary gas stove for chillier evenings, kitchen and dining areas together with a breakfast bar and French doors that concertina back onto the balcony really bringing the 'outside in'. Careful positioning of the mirrors plays with the views and light maximising the spacious feel. With four bedrooms in total, a double bedroom is located on the ground floor with excellent views and ensuite bathroom together with a separate cloakroom. The three further bedrooms can be found on the lower ground floor, one of which has an ensuite, and others which enjoy a separate bathroom, all of these rooms have far reaching views. The garden is made up of a large decked area extending the length of the home, with dining seating for eight, a swing seat, terrace to a hideaway seat with open views to the sea and a small lawn. A spiral staircase joins the decked terrace to the tiled balcony above. The centre of the village with its variety of shops, pubs and restaurants and beach are only a short walk down the hill. As you make the final approach into Woolacombe village you will pass the Royal Hotel on your right and just before the church also on your right is the entrance to Chichester park. Proceed into Chichester Park, follow the road around to the right and take the first turning on the right. The Indilo is at the far right hand end of the cul-de-sac. The key safe is found to the left hand side of the front door under the window. Please make your self at home - the property is 'yours' for your stay.

Your holiday home will be ready and available from 3pm onwards on the day of your arrival. Check out time is 10am on day of departure. So we can prepare the apartment for our next guests, please respect our turnaround times and do leave the apartment on time.
