I'm super friendly person and will be on-hand to check you in and answer any questions. People constantly delight and surprise me and I look forward to meeting you.
If there are any questions or anything I can do to make your stay in Boulder more fun, let me know.
I use AirBnB when I travel and I'm happy to offer you a room in my home, please enjoy it and your vacation.
There is a friendly cat, in case of allergies. Guests also have access to the backyard patio.
Shoes must be removed in the house - this is important and I ask that you respect this at all time in all areas of the house. No smoking in or around the premises. If you do smoke, please do so at least 100 feet from the house.
If I am home, please adjust noise levels accordingly. This is my house that I'm sharing with you. Any other people visiting the house or staying overnight must be approved in advance .
Please help me keep the price low and strip the bed (including comforter cover) before you leave. Thank you!
Most importantly, be cool! Everything flows wonderfully with communicative and respectful guests and hosts. AirBnB Rocks!
I'm an avid sailor and hiker. I know, where does one go sailing in a land locked state ... well, up in the mountains of course - specifically Lake Dillon. It's on 1-70, and there's even a yacht club (Dillon Yacht Club). But sailing season is short.
I like to hike and love where my house is located as it's three blocks from some of the best hiking in Boulder.
I also enjoy birding, and have little hummingbirds that fight with bees for nectar at my feeders.
I enjoy traveling and have done quite a bit of it, and scuba diving. Did you know that Colorado has the most PADI certified divers of any state .. again .. that land locked state thing...
Right now, my motto is : I am not going to take shelter from the storm, I am going to dance in the rain. ~MW, and AirBnB is helping me do that.
