Donalds Hideaway is spacious 4 bed 2.5 bath home located on Parkview at Lakeshore in Kissimmee.
This two story house has been lavishly decorated throughout and has plenty of room for parents and children alike who wish to have their own space.
The house boasts 2 reception rooms and a water view at the front of the house.
The sleeping accommodation comprises of King master bedroom with en suite. Queen, full and 2 twins bedrooms complete the ensemble. The second bathroom is located upstairs while downstairs is a half bathroom.
Laundry facilities are located upstairs (makes it easier to deal with the laundry than have to carry it all the way downstairs).
The large garage easily accommodates 2 cars with an entrance door straight into the kitchen (you dont need to get wet when it rains!)
The patio houses a table and chairs and a BBQ.
This home does not have a pool but the community has a community pool, with childrens pool and water park, exercise room, nature trails, jogging path, tennis and picnic areas and cycling paths
The Club House lets guests host their own private parties.

2. Booking procedure, payment terms and security deposit
a) Clients should on receipt of the booking invoice pay a deposit to Ceear Associates Inc, either by personal check, Money Order or Credit Card.
b) This deposit is payable at the time of booking and is non refundable. Failure to pay the deposit will result in cancellation of the provisional booking.
c) Full rental payment is due 8 weeks before the date that you arrive at the home. No reminder will be issued. Bookings made within 45 days of arrival are payable in full at the time of booking.
d) If rental payments have not been made by the due date your credit card on file will automatically be charged for the balance due.
e) A credit card must be given for reservations to act as a security deposit. This credit card number will be charged if items are stolen or damaged (see above) in the rental property. The property should be left reasonably clean. If the property is not left in a suitable condition it may be necessary to charge the credit card for costs to cover extra cleaning.
a) The accommodation provided is only for the use of the persons named by the client on the booking form. Subletting, sharing or assigning is prohibited.
b) The property will be available to clients after 4 pm on the date of arrival unless otherwise agreed. All accommodation must be vacated by 10 am on the date of departure.
c) Neither Ceear nor the Owner of the property will be liable for any loss or injury resulting from the use of the property and pool.
d) Swimming pools are dangerous and no house pool should be used by children without appropriate adult supervision.
e) While in normal circumstances you will be accommodated in the home of your choice, we reserve the right to substitute accommodation of a similar or higher standard should this be operationally necessary.
f) Ceear reserve the right to decline certain party groups.
a) Should the client have any reason for complaint or dissatisfaction, they should immediately contact Ceear Associates Inc, the managing agent for the property. Ceear Associates will attend the property as soon as practicable and take appropriate remedial action where possible or make arrangements for such remedial action to be taken as soon as possible. All complaints reported after the departure date cannot be considered.
