The only issue I had was when I attempted to request a late checkout since I had a later afternoon flight and they wanted to charge me $75 fee for this. I thought this was unreasonable because I was only hoping to checkout two hours later at 1pm and there was no guest coming in that day. I would fully understand them unwilling to accommodate that request if there was a guest coming in that day or I was trying to checkout much later that afternoon. So if you think you may need to checkout later and don't want to pay this undisclosed fee you should look else where. Otherwise the location was great, the space sufficient for my needs especially if you plan on spending most of your day outside. Though they need to invest in some new towels, linens, and kitchen supplies. The towels and linens had stains even though they seemed clean. I had to pre-wash pots and pans prior to use since they clearly had food stains and weren't washed well beforehand - so begs to ask, where does the "cleaning fee" go to?

This Guest left the condo in good condition. There were communication issues between us. He asked for an extension. We let him know it was available but, he replied in an agitated tone that he only need a late check out and that it should be free. We do thousands of bookings a year for dozens of Waikiki condo Owners. Unfortunately there are occasions when Guests have expectations about what they might be entitled to. Rentals, extensions & late check outs of course are not complimentary. Yet with clear communication, arrangements can be made to meet most Guest’s needs. We do not have "un-disclosed fees". That is why this Guest mentioned a $75 late check out. We try to accommodate all late check outs. We received his request a few hours before check out time. Our staff were already on property and on the payroll. With some planning, we could have made this work. Our instructions and condo info sheets all mention to call our Manager's number with questions and concerns about anything (housekeeping included). We were not notified about anything unsatisfactory in the condo. Aloha

Excellent views of the pools and ocean in a great location. Loved hanging out on the beautiful lanai. Took advantage of full kitchen but make sure to bring your own kitchen food supplies (no coffee, tea, spices oils, etc.). We had several issues with cleanliness that hopefully the owner can resolve with the company in charge of cleaning. Otherwise it's a beautiful place that we'd stay at again if resolved.

In our instructions and on the door hanger we ask that if Housekeeping missed anything, the Guest call so we can take care of it immediately.
