Nice central apartment close to the City and vibrant Shoreditch, with west facing terrace.
Perfect for East London lovers (cafes, restaurants and bars just a few minutes walk) and/or City workers (15 minutes walking) who are looking for quiet nights! The canal is 2 minutes away.
The flat is new and well equipped. Nearest tube is Old Street or Angel, but our 2 bikes will also be at your disposal for a ride!
The flat is situated on the 6th floor with lift access of a new development near Regent's Canal.
The development has a private entrance with videophone and a bike parking where we will leave our 2 bikes.
The flat is west facing. There is one bedroom with queen size bed, a spacious open plan kitchen with dishwasher, lounge and dining room with sofa (no sofa-bed) and TV, opening on a 12sqm terrace.
It has a modern bathroom with hot tube and toilets, decorated in neutral colours. A large cupboard in the entrance corridor is equipped with a washing/drying machine.
The terrace is equipped with a Weber BBQ, sun lounger, tables and chairs. This a very nice place to enjoy sunset with a view on the Shard.
You will find everything you need for a comfortable stay: Sheets and towels, iron, hair dryer, Nespresso machine and all the needed equipment in the kitchen (We love cooking!).
Zugang für Gäste
The flat will be yours for your stay! There is also a rooftop available on the 9th floor and a nice courtyard.
This flat is not suitable for parties. Any party organized will be noticed by the neighbours and deposit will not be returned.
This is our apartment so if we are renting, it means we are away. So we may be there to greet you, but if our departure and arrival time is not the same as yours, then we will arrange for a friend or neighbour to check you in and see if you have everything you need.
We are French expatriates working in London since 3 years. We love discovering new places, secret bars and restaurants and more than anything: travelling!
We leave London as often as possible for short breaks in Europe (particularly Italy) and longer stays to find sun.
