Right off Highway One! You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the location (walk to beach), & the coziness (a lot of comfortable seating). Two floors, each with bathroom, sitting area and TV. My place is good for couples and families. Perfect for grandparents to be downstairs . The neighborhood is super safe and kids will love the trampoline. Check my reviews on my other listing "Spacious Getaway." Offering the entire house is something I've started to provide while I am out of town.
My house is equipped with boogie boards, a soft top longboard, and two tandem bikes (ride at your own risk). When you look out the window you can see the rock and part of the coast line (in between houses). It's quiet, relaxing, and equipped with everything you will need.
You can relax in the sunshine on the deck in the morning and through out the day. And watch the beautiful sunsets at night. There is plenty for kids to do here - with a large trampoline (sign the waiver) and basketball hoop out front.
Morro Bay was voted Top Ten Best Little Beach Towns in the U.S. by Trip Advisor.

Everyone loves my cat, Rocket. He is friendly but won't bug you. He hangs out with you like a dog would; sprawled out on the floor or rubs against your leg for a quick pet or two.
- My friendly, fun cat Rocket will be here and require you to feed him in the morning and at night. He is inside and outside so no litter box. A cat door allows him to get out any time he needs to. He acts just like a dog and would to hang out with you. He's not necessarily a lap cat though - he likes to cuddle but only for a short time (typical cat).
Please sign the waiver prior to using the trampoline. Waivers are inside the house binder.

I'm a mom of three amazing boys, living in one of the most beautiful places on earth - Central Coast California. I work from home as a Life Coach and I teach psychology for a popular online college, also a published author of a self-help book for people starting over after a relationship break up. I practice yoga, and love to hike. My oldest son is pursuing a career in ballet at Ballet West in Salt Lake City. I love meeting new people and sharing this amazing town I am proud to call home!
I traveled solo to Ireland and England in 2012 and decided I could never leave the Central Coast. I used Airbnb while I was over and loved that experience! My hosts were such lovely people and their homes were more than accommodating. It inspired me to open up my home to travelers. So I have just begun to host here. I'm looking forward to meeting a lot of people and sharing this beautiful beach town I live in.
