We are very surprised and disappointed with your review. The owner is on a business trip on China, that's why she didn't receive you personally, and we told you that. One day before you arrived you ask us if you can do a earlier check in, we charge the usual 100€,and you agree, all the team has to be re-schedule to satisfy your necessity because we understand your position. You just arrive at 11h because your flight was delay, we have one person waiting for you since 08 am!!! The house is very fresh and it isn't necessary at all the air conditioner, just the attic need one fan and the windows can be open (you don't do that). Some others comments I even don't know how to answer you. If you don't like our outside furniture, ok, it's your opinion and we must respect, but the chairs aren't broken, they are outside furniture, so they must be resistant and perhaps not so comfortable has you wish. The balcony's just have 2 chairs each but we have a lot of chairs in the house, you just have to move
it to the balcony's. The Chef? He cooked exactly what you ask, he prepare a special menu just for you and the food aren't frozen at all, we have photos of all the plates and with the lobster alive, how can you say that? We try to satisfy you in all your requests, unfortunately we can't, as we read above and we think it isn't, at all, our fault. All the best Christine!
