An historic Grade II* Listed 16th century thatched, self-catering 2 bedroom barn conversion on our small Devon farm, between Dartmoor & the north Cornwall coast. You’ll love my place because of the peace & quiet, & the farm animals ready to greet you! An ideal base to explore the West Country. Only 30 mins approx from north Cornwall coast & Dartmoor. Beams, wood burning stove, flagstone floors. Starry skies. Sorry, no pets, no smoking. Minimum stay 3 nights. Open all year.
The Milking Parlour was architect designed and converted to self-catering holiday accomodation in 2007. It combines modern day comfort and facilities with ancient building fabric - stone and cob walls a metre thick, thatched roof, flagstone floors, huge beams, wood burner with free logs - but with underfloor heating, digital TV, Wifi etc.
