This newly remodeled condo in the exclusive Naples Island community of Long Beach is just a couple blocks away from bars, restaurants, and beaches. The unit is ideal for a single guest or couple, but can sleep four. The upscale neighborhood is wonderful and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The safe, quiet location is close to the freeway and public transportation and just a short trip to DTLB and everything else beautiful Southern California has to offer. Come join the community!!
This one bedroom, one bath unit, located on the second floor, is completely private and has lots of natural light. There are only 15 units in the entire building, so it is nice and quiet. The front door opens to a spacious living room with huge windows, comfortable furniture, and a flat screen TV. To the right is a brand new bathroom with a tub and shower and a large bedroom with a queen bed and lots of storage. To the left of the entrance is a completely renovated kitchen and dining area, with a breakfast bar and table for four. The kitchen has new appliances, which include an electric stove and hood, a full-sized refrigerator, and a microwave, with lots of dishes and everything you need for cooking (but why would you want to with all the great restaurants so close!). Just past the dining area, which also has a new ceiling fan, there is a balcony with a bistro set, perfect for your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The view from the balcony shows the beautiful houses in this gorgeous neighborhood but to get a better look. There is a queen air mattress for two additional guests and lots of blankets and pillows to keep you cozy.

When staying here, you will have access to everything in the condo, as well as laundry facilities just next door. There is also a parking spot underneath the building for your exclusive use, as well as plenty of street parking. We can provide baby equipment, like a pack'n'play or stroller if necessary (even some toys! Just let us know). There are also a couple of bikes to help you get around! If you have any questions or if there is anything you need, just call Scott or Amy and we will do our best to accommodate you. We want you to feel at home!

The amount of interaction you would like is completely up to you. Our home is about 20 minutes to the north, but we love Long Beach and spend a lot of time there. We would have no problem showing you around but completely understand that this is your trip and you have an agenda.

The neighborhood is very nice and quiet and we ask that visitors help keep it that way. We have no problem if you have guests over but please be considerate of the neighbors. They are all wonderful people and love the area as much as we do.
The sun in the afternoon can be kind of strong, but there are shades for your convenience and the cross breeze is awesome. There are also fans to help you keep cool. There is also a heater for the couple weeks a year it gets cold enough.
The bikes are located in the garage and you are free to use them as much as you want. If you do decide to use them, please just make sure they are locked up when not in use.
No parties or events
All I ask is that you be respectful. Please respect the property and its' contents and your neighbors, it is a very quiet building and noise travels.
