It was our worst experience with Airbnb so far. Before we arrived, he was nice and sent a lot of messages, but once we got there, he was rude and weird. In one of the messages, he said we would be staying at an apartment in front of the window of the corridor, but when we got there, he took us to another one. Then he entered the room and spent a lot of time taking dirty stuff from the kitchen and bringing things from other appartments. But it was fine. On the first 2 days of our stay (we rented the place for a week), the internet didn't work. I sent him a message and he replied "the internet works very well", so I said it wasn't working, because I had to go to another place just to send him that text. He didn't reply anymore. Then, late in the night, he ringed the doorbell. We were ready to sleep, so we didn't want to open the door, but he kept ringing until we did. He entered the room, checked the internet and said he would do something the next day. After he left, me and my husband turned the modem on and off several times and the internet finally started working, so we went to sleep. In the morning, before we woke up, he ringed the doorbell one time. As we were sleeping, we didn't answer, so HE ENTERED THE ROOM with his own key. I was sleeping NAKED and so was my husband. And when he realized we were still sleeping, instead of leaving, he entered the room anyway and pretended he was checking the modem, then left. We were so scared that we couldn't even say anything. Even if we weren't in the room, he can't use his key to go in there while the place is rented, we have a privacy statlement and we had valuable stuff (like money) there. But it was worse that he entered while we were both SLEEPING NAKED. We should have gone to the police! And after all of this, my husband fell down the stairs and hurt his foot, so we couldn't do anything for the rest of our trip (the stairs of the building are old, slippery and crooked, we had to be extra careful every time we would go up or down). Definitely a place I would NEVER rent again and nobody should.
