It is located near 42nd St NE and 11 Ave. University Way is just two blocks over. Trader Joe's, Safeway, Movie Theater, and a variety of diverse restaurants are a five minute walk away. Easy access to I-5. 10 min to get to down town normally; 20+min in rush hour. $12 per day parking in our own lot if there is a available space.

The owner will pay for the water, sewer, electricity and solid waste. The tenant use electricity judiciously. For long term guests, If the electricity usage is over $60/mo (over 28 days) for one guest or over $80 for two guests, the guests will pay the difference. This is the way that we do not casually waste energy.
Long term guests (over 28 days) due to its discounted rate than weekly or daily rental, need to purchase household consumable goods after the initial supplies are consumed. If the cleaning takes more than 2 hours cleaning, the extra cleaning will be deducted from the deposit.

No Smoking in the apartment or anywhere in the building!
Our apartment is in a No Smoking Building. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the apartment and the building. This includes open areas like the balcony and the rooftop-deck. The law requires you only smoke 25 feet away from the building.
If we find evidence of smoking, we will have to ask you to vacate the premises immediately. We will also impose a fine of $100.
Please wash dishes with detergent and throw away garbage and recyclables before you leave.
The parking spaces are rented and assigned parking spaces, please do not randomly park there unless you paid for the available one.
Please avoid leaving splashed water out on the floor of the bathroom.
Water may leak to lower floor.
Please recycle as much as you can. Yes, even food can recycle for compost. In parking lot, the green bin is for food compost, no plastics in the compost. The blue bin is for clean recyclables The code to the garbage room (behind the mailbox area) is 8123 then "kwikset" to open, then press "kwikset" to lock the door.
The carpet is professionally cleaned, you are welcome to remove your shoes.
