This is a one bedroom unit with a large storage area that has a direct walk out to a main street that allows you easy access to the city. There are some of Calgary's top restaurants just blocks away. The Calgary Tower, BMO Centre, Stampede, Saddle Dome, Stephen Ave and Core Shopping Centre are all within a 20-25 minute walk. This unit has all your basic necessities with a gym on-site.

Our space is a 15 min walk to downtown or a 5 minute drive. Our condo is modern, warm and incredibly clean. We live in an area that has amazing restaurants, shops, grocery stores and local markets. Bridgeland is a great area!

Our condo is in such a fantastic area. Close to downtown, shops, grocery stores, bars and restaurants are all a walk away.

Bridgeland is an up and coming neighborhood. There are three amazing brunch locations just minutes from the door. We have some really great pubs and fine dinning restaurants located a few feet away. Getting to a grocery store or making your way downtown, this location makes it easy to get where you need to be.

-Fiddlers Courtyard (neighborhood pub)

Getting around in this city is easy! Most places to downtown are walkable, but if you are needing a ride check out these options:

-Bus stop is located 30 feet from the balcony
-C-Train is located at the bottom of the hill
-Car2Go service is plentiful in the area

This truly is a great city to visit and a great location to be in. You are so close to all the main arteries to get anywhere you need to be.

You will have access to the fitness centre and all the equipment that is located in the room. It is located just at the end of the hallway.
You will also have access to the garbage room if you need it. Also, located at the end of the hallway on the right.
Finally, there is underground heated parking.

The condo can be warm in the summer months and we do not have an A/C unit. The door can be left open for a cooler draft.

The condo back out onto a street. When leaving the window open at night you are able to hear the traffic that goes by. If the windows are closed you are not able to hear the noise.

2. Load dishes in the dishwasher before leaving and turn on if it is full.
3. Please take off footwear before entering the home.
4. Turn off all light and appliances before you leave the condo.
5. Make sure that the front door and back door are locked before you leave.
6. If items are stained, damaged or missing you will be charged a fee for replacement.

If keys or fob is lost you will be charged additional fees for replacement.

A great place - perfect for couples. The only thing that would have made it better would be to have a/c. The road is quite noisy with the windows open, but the ceiling fan helped. Very nice location too.

Fantastic place! Loved the stay! It is very good walking distance to Calgary centre! My partner and I are both light sleepers but the windows do shut out alot of noise from the main road (not completely but enough for a good nights sleep). Natalie was very easy to communicate with and we had no issues with the place during our stay! I'd recommend this place to others and stay here again without question!

Natalie clearly makes every effort to ensure her guests are comfortable! Her unit is well equipped & immaculate. Access to river paths, public transportation, dining, shopping & sightseeing are all within walking distance! As others have mentioned, in July & August it can be hot & there's no A/C but it was manageable.
