The Center for the Arts (great live entertainment) is a short walk away. The South fork of the Yuba River is about a 15 minute drive. Empire Mine State Park is a few miles away. Beach towels, chairs and ice chest are available.
The home is in a small downtown community close to neighbors. We ask that you respect quiet time at 9:00 p.m. to 8:00am during the week and 10:00 p.m. to 9:00am on the weekends. There is a two night minimum booking on weekends and 3 day holidays. Pets/dog ok with approval. No smoking on premises.
I am small businessman and former Mayor of Grass Valley. I love our downtown and rural community. I live with my rescued cocker spaniel pal, Teddy. Living on Chester Street is great - quiet, walking distance to downtown.
