The building is located at the foot of ski tracks. When snow conditions are favourable, shoeing and unshoeing your skis at the entrance of the building is possible.

The apartment consists of a kitchen within a lounge, an entrance corridor, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a mezzanine.
Guests have access to a private ski locker on the ground floor and a private outdoor parking space in front of the building (with badge & barrier).
Bed linen, bathroom towels and kitchen towels are not provided. Our local correspondent can provide bed and bathroom towels to you for rent.

You are greeted by a local correspondent for check-in, inventory-check and check-out. You must leave the flat properly cleaned. The correspondent will request a deposit on arrival for cleaning.

At the front door of the apartment, you will find a SESAME CARD at your disposal.
- It entitles you to discounts & benefits (see details in the "Guide advantages" that accompanies it). It can be presented at the ski counter when purchasing your ski pass.
- This card is reusable hence we would request you to return it with the guidebook for future guests.
You may also choose to book a ski pass in advance on the Internet using the SESAME CARD. A link and password will be provided upon your request to do so.
Weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday are preferred during winter peak periods.

Contact us, we will answer your questions and requests before and during your stay.
- Respect the neighborhood.
- Use with caution furniture, equipments, flat, ski locker and communal areas of the building.
- Use the locker for skis, poles and boots at the ground floor for this purpose.
- To avoid degradation of communal areas and of flats, sports equipments (bikes, skis, snowboards, ...) are not allowed in flats. I can put you in contact with the owner of a secured promise in the residence.
- Empty the trash and your garbage before you leave.
- When you leave, let the apartment clean and in order that you found it on arrival.
- Tell us any problems that you notice.
