The location of our condo was great! It was next to the river and there were plenty of deer to view in the mornings!

Amazing amazing! Great place and great location! Matthew and Miranda were both quick to respond and very helpful. The place is absolutely amazing and I will be coming back.

The condo was very nice and well kept. But the amenities, namely the hot tub, were broken. More importantly there were wifi issues which we needed for work.

Joshua - I am very sorry to hear about your issues. Unfortunately, resort developments have maintenance issues sometimes (due to the number of visitors). I apologize that the building's hot tub was down while you were there. I believe the building's maintenance crew was waiting for a part for the hot tub. Also, I know from my own travels through Europe right now, just how frustrating it can be to not have Wifi access that's needed for work (I've dealt with that during my current trip). Unfortunately for condo owners, we don't contract the wifi ourselves. The wifi is a service that's provided by the building management as a part of our condo fees. The wifi is completely out of our hands. The provider that the building uses is not the best and we've voiced our concerns. The building currently has a contract, so we hope that they get a new provider when the contract is over. Their service is more spotty than we would like. Again, I'm sorry for your experience.

Very fun place! Loved how close it was to everything in Estes. Would definitely stay here again!

Great 3-BR unit in a convenient location. I'm guessing that the entire resort is fairly new because it didn't show up on the local tourist maps. Anyway, the unit was roomy and well equipped and everything was clean and in good condition. Resort staff was efficient and friendly…
