This 3 bedroom townhouse is situated a short walk away from Arsenal tube station where you can take the Piccadilly Line to Knightsbridge, Hyde Park or Buckingham Palace. It sleeps up to 10 guests; perfect for families or groups of friends.
Upon entering the spacious split living room, you'll notice light and bright mirrors and decorative ceiling mouldings. There are plenty of sofas, a chaise longue, a beautiful fireplace and large bay windows. To entertain you the shelves are stocked with books, the walls display ecclectic artworks and there is a large flat-screen TV with Sky HD.
KITCHEN AND DINING AREA
Moving down a small flight of stairs to the kitchen, there is a range cooker with two large ovens and a grill, a large hob, plenty of good quality pans, a large fridge with an ice dispenser, a wine cooler, a coffee maker and other modern amenities. There is a large chalkboard for planning your stay, beautiful candlesticks, a lovely dining area that seats 5-6 people and looks out through glass doors onto the secluded garden.
There is a private, leafy garden with lots of seating, a BBQ, and plenty of space for storing bikes or other equipment.
Moving upstairs, we come to the office which has a great view of the garden and over the rooftops. Here you'll find a desk, plenty of shelf space and a sofa bed to sleep two.
In the bathroom you'll find a sleek, free-standing bath, a shower cubicle, towel rail, WC and basin.
The children’s bedroom has a great view out. It contains single bunk beds and a double sofa bed.
The master bedroom contains a super king-size bed and is decoratively furnished with lots of wardrobe space.
This bathroom contains a cubicle shower, WC and basin.
The gorgeous guest bedroom is on the top floor of the house with a skylight plus full-length windows with fantastic views. It contains a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space.
This bathroom adjoins the guest bedroom and contains a WC and basin. The shower is not currently in use.
