Open plan kitchen, lounge and dining with sliding glass doors out to the large deck. The modern kitchen has dishwasher and microwave. Lounge room upstairs has a large flat screen TV. Polished floors throughout.
Master bedroom with doors leading out to the balcony, plus ceiling fan and ensuite with spa bath. Queen size bed in this room. Downstairs is Bedroom 2 with queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 sets of bunks. Linen not provided. There is another living area (ideal for the kids) with flat screen TV, DVD. The laundry is also on this level and boasts another shower.

Go barefoot bowling, have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.
