The warm, sunny Workshop studio apartment is 7 min walk to Arrowtown's vibrant main street, full of cafes restaurants and shops.
Semi-self contained, kitchenette for breakfast and preprepared meals and bathroom. Iron bedstead bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, windows capturing views of Wakatipu's dramatic landscape.
Set in beautiful garden, surrounded by an old fashioned hedge.
Separate from the house but you are always welcome.
Quirky with old fashioned feel but modern.
A toaster, bar fridge, electric jug, plates, glasses and cutlery are in the minature kitchenette for you to enjoy, prepare breakfast and eat preprepared food from the many fine eateries of Arrowtown.
The internet is available but very patchy can be access in the garden.

When you arrive, park on the grass verge next to the hedge on Denbigh St between number 23 Denbigh and the corner of Kent and Denbigh. Access the property through the double wooden gates next to number 23 Denbigh St. You will see the main house down some steps and the Workshop is along a slopping grass path to the right, follow the path around till you get to a gravel path outside the garage walk to the end and you will find the workshop open.

Sometimes I will have family and friends staying in the main house.
The kitchen is mainly for breakfast, tea and coffee or eating food bought offsite. Treat the place with care and respect. Wipe your feet. Enjoy yourself.
