Location Update: I have attached a screen-shot detailing the time it takes to get from the building to the most central location in Abuja, and it is well within the 15 minutes range. First time visitors to Abuja should keep in mind that this city was not designed with pedestrians in mind! Thus, you need to make plans for having a car at your disposal and/or budget for taxis or Ubers. Public transport in Nigeria is Unreliable.
I usually don't like imposing too many rules, but the following should be strictly observed:
1. No parties or loud gatherings as this runs counter to the rules of the building.
2. No smoking and most importantly NO DRUGS.
3. You are welcome to use the couch for sleeping, but please cover it with one of the many bed sheets in the closet.
4. No pets of any kind allowed.
5. No tampering with the firefighting equipment.
6. Guests that “Overstay” their clearly stipulated check-out times without prior arrangements will pay 50% of the rated Nightly price until 5:00 PM and 100% thereafter and this will be resolved through Airbnb’s resolution center.
7. Access to any other parts/sections/flats/offices of the building apart from the common areas (i.e. Stairs, Passageways and Elevator when installed) is by invitation only by either other tenants and/or by the building administrator after permission from management. In the event of this occurrence, trespassers will be liable for litigation.
