Clean, bright and airy, located about 5.5 miles west of Kyle Field. Comfortably sleeps two in twin beds plus a large couch and folding bed for other guests. Full kitchen and bath. Peaceful country setting but not far from anything in the BCS area.
Located on about 5 wooded acres, this is a large, rustic, one-bedroom apartment above a garage detached from the main house. Off the bedroom is a walk-through closet leading to a full bath with toilet, tub and shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range and oven, full-size refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, toaster oven, etc. The dining area has a small table suitable for four. The living room has a long sofa, rocking chair, coffee table, and new HDTV with DirectTV cable (hundreds of channels). Two 4”-thick foam mats are available for sleeping on living room floor if needed.
The entry has a small deck with seating for two. At the base of the stairs are two Weber charcoal grills and a large smoker. Charcoal provided.
