With panoramic views sweeping Glasgow's most iconic landmarks, and located perfectly for business or leisure, the SECC View Apartment ticks all the right boxes. This modern, spacious apartment sits above the river Clyde between the City Centre, 15 minutes away, and the West End. Your entertainment needs are exceeded, as you're just a short distance from the SECC, a wealth of museums, the IMAX Cinema, and an entertainment complex. This apartment is on the 6th floor, with lift, and has allocated, secure parking.

The magnificent floor to ceiling windows lead on to your own private balcony. Enjoy your view of the river Clyde from the plush L-shaped sofa and armchairs in the open plan lounge and dining area. As if the view and local amenities aren't enough, the TV and DVD player are sure to keep you entertained. Two spacious bedrooms accommodate up to four guests, with the master double bedroom benefitting from an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds, and both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom has a three piece suite, and the kitchen is fully fitted with all of the appliances you need to complete this home from home.

A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.

Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that For guests arriving after 7pm there is a £15 charge. After 10pm it's a £25 charge. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

This property is let on the understanding that it is to be used as a holiday let. It therefore is subject to Section 12(2) and paragraph 8 of Schedule 4 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988.

You will receive an email confirming your booking, this then forms a contract of booking.

You are not permitted to sub-let the property (or any part of the property).

You must vacate the premises without demand on the agreed departure date (at the agreed time). The hirer is responsible for the condition of the property and it's entire contents during the hire period, fair wear and tear accepted. The hirer will report any damage or loss to the property manager as soon as possible and prior to departure.

You agree to pay to cover any loss or damage caused. We may charge you for any unreasonable amount of cleaning required after your stay.

You agree to prevent any party members from causing a nuisance or disturbance to other residents/neighbours. You agree that the hired premises will be secured when unoccupied during your stay. You agree that owners/agents will be allowed access to the property if required.

It is recommend all guests obtain personal holiday insurance to cover any potential losses. We (including the property owners, managers and agents) take no responsibility for any damage, loss or injury however caused by any member of your party whilst you stay at the property.

All groups will be vetted and WE DO NOT ACCEPT STAG/HEN PARTIES OR GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE WITHOUT AN ADULT OF 25 YEARS OLD STAYING IN THE APARTMENT THROUGHOUT THE STAY. All bookings must have an adult of 25 years present. On arrival you must present your confirmation details as well as your passport or identity card to us. We (including the property owners, managers and agents) reserve the right to use our discretion in this matter and refuse to check in guests who appear to contravene these terms or are deemed not suitable to take charge of the property.

The number of persons (adults and children) must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated on the website or the amount stated at time of booking.

A very very clean apartment with a great view. Close to the SECC in a secure area. Check in was fast and hassle free, would gladly stay again

When booking a airbnb, even if this is actually a letting agency who deals with the flat, I expect some service and not just an empty space. The flat looked as described, big and modern. But there was no coffee, no tea, nothing for breakfast, no shower mat in any of the bathrooms, no spare blanket or duvet, no gel shower, shampoo, soap to shower with, not even a sponge to clean the dishes. The shower head cable was broken in the ensuite bathroom and the lid opener too. Even if the flat itself was great, all this little but important things didn't make us feel at home and welcome in this flat.

We had arranged a late arrival (20.30) and our flight was then delayed and we actually arrived after 22.00 and still met with a friendly greeting. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. The view over the Clyde and West Glasgow landmarks is awesome especially when lit up at night

Great property - clean, spacious and fantastic location for the SECC. Agnieska who met us with keys was very welcoming and helpful, and available to answer any questions, she even came right across town to let us check in early. Thank you! Lovely view of the Clyde and perfect for picking up Glasgow's version of the Boris bikes and cycling along the river and into town.

The apartment was very nice, big and perfect for us, it is just in from from the place where the conference was. The only thing we didn´t like where the beds, they were very thin. The girl who gave us the keys was super polite.

The apartment was well located. The tenant was on time to open the apt and this was appreciated. However, there is only only one set of keys and the premise has many safety features. It makes access difficult if you share the apt. There was a problem with heating and hot water that took some times to be fixed but the tenant offered a compensation.

The apartment was spacious and as described and photographed. Ideal location and car parking space were a must for us. The twin room behind the glass door was difficult initially for our pre-school kids and we had to retire to the other room rather than have the tv on, BUT we knew this when we booked it and the kids quickly got used to it. Gareth was great at communicating and replied quickly to my queries before our stay. I'd be happy to return to this flat in future.
