This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home that sleeps 12 is sure to be a favorite for many. The two levels of ocean view and wrap around decks are a great place to relax in the sun or have a family BBQ on the large deck.
The owners have spared no expense with this beautiful 2,300 sq. ft. home located on the south side of Manzanita. Close to the beach, town, golf course and less than a 15 minute walk to Nehalem Bay State Park. The reversed floor plan allows for maximum views. You will notice the fine craftsmanship and high end finishes in this home such as the cedar lined vaulted ceilings, columns and beautiful wood floors throughout. The large picture windows in the living room make an amazing place to watch sunsets, wildlife and much more. Enjoy the flat screen TV, gas fireplace and very comfortable leather couches while sipping your coffee in the morning. The fully stocked kitchen features stainless appliances with beautiful quartz countertops. The dining area has a large table that can seat up to 8 with 3 more at the kitchen bar. Just down the hall from the dining area is a half bath and the master bedroom. This bedroom features a wonderful king bed, a desk, flat screen TV and a walk-in closet. Emerge yourself in the spa like bathroom with tile and stone shower, double vanity and plush linens.
Down the stairs is a TV room with flat screen, fold out couch, games, puzzles and toys. Across from this living space is an open room with a set of bunk beds. Beyond this, there is a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a beautiful full bathroom with shower. The laundry/mud room has a front loading washer/dryer and an entrance to the lower deck. Through the laundry room is the last, very spacious bedroom with two queen beds, flat screen TV and attached bath with tub/shower and marble vanity. This bedroom has large picture windows with views of the surrounding trees of Manzanita.
Outside the upper deck features a large family style table with seating and a gas BBQ. The view of the ocean and trees is spectacular from this deck. You can lounge in the Adirondack chairs and watch the kite boarders on the beach. The lower deck has a warm outdoor shower to rid you of the ocean sand and salt water. The Hot tub sits on the edge of the hill beyond the lower deck. Great place to relax and watch the ocean while enjoying a glass of wine in the warm water. Overall, the landscaping is wonderful with cobble stone entrance, tall trees, shrubs and lots of flowers. Birds Eye View is not pet friendly and does not allow smoking. The home has cable and WiFi. We have added our 9% lodging tax into the nightly rate and also into the cleaning fee. The cleaning fee reflects cleaning and a $50 non-refundable hot tub fee and $45 damage protection fee which covers up to $1,000 of unintentional damage.
Cancellations: 50% refund if outside of 31 days from your stay. No refund if within 30 days from your arrival day. If needing to switch dates, that has to be done outside of 45 days from your stay. No refunds for a shortened stay.
Cleaning: We kindly ask that you put all dirty laundry in a pile by the washer leaving one load clean in the dryer and the second in the washer. (Please start with the sheets). Please leave the house and kitchen tidy. Wash and put away all dishes. If there is a dishwasher, we ask that you please start it before departing. Remove all garbage to the outside cans provided. If excessive cleaning is determined to be needed by Manzanita Beach Getaway, we have the right to charge your card for the additional time it takes to clean at $45 an hour.
Furnishings: Our homes are fully furnished and include all linens, bath towels, dish towels, and hand towels as well as toilet paper and paper towels. Basic cookware, utensils, coffee maker, and toaster are all provided. You will need to provide your own, toiletries, napkins, paper/picnic goods, and beach towels. (Please do not take home linens down to the beach at any time, unless designated towels are marked for "beach")
Check-In/Check-out: Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Check out is 11 a.m. If you would like an early check-in or late check-out, we are happy to grant this if it is possible. Please speak with your reservation specialist for details. This will only be available October-May. Please check out promptly as we must prepare the house for the next renter. If we must wait 15 minutes or more for your departure, you will be charged a $50 late check-out fee.
Occupant and Car Parking Limits: The occupancy and parking policies are dictated by the city ordinances to control noise and congestion of our neighborhoods as well as maintain the quality of our properties. To maintain our rental permits we cannot allow RV’s campers, trailers or tents at the homes and the occupancy limit of each home may not be exceeded at anytime. This means total occupancy includes non-occupant visitors. If you anticipate having visitors drop by, we ask that you rent a larger home. Violation of this rule is grounds for immediate eviction and forfeit of all rental fees. Vehicle limit for this home is 4 and the occupancy limit is 12 people.
Minimum Stay: All homes have a two-night minimum. There is a five night minimum on reservations during July and August.
There is a three night minimum on reservations during Memorial weekend, Labor Day, Christmas and New Years, and Thanksgiving.
Pet Policies: This home does not allow pets. If evidence of pets are found in the home, your card on file will be charged at costs determined by Manzanita Beach Getaway based on damages or extra cleaning.
Smoking: We currently have no homes that allow smoking. Violators of this policy will be subject to an additional cleaning fee determined by Manzanita Beach Getaway Rentals.
Refunds, Rules and Disclaimers: No refunds will be issued due to weather or mechanical failure. We reserve the right to refuse renting to anyone. We rent our vacation homes to adults only. No teen or college parties allowed. Violators will be asked to leave immediately without refund. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Transfer: Rental Agreements are non-transferable to another party.
