Both are within walking distance. 19806 is one of the safest and most desirable zip codes in Wilmington. It is home to many historic buildings, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Condo features include: off-the-street parking, brand new in-unit washer and dryer, lightning quick wifi, Sealy Posturepedic bed, and purified water. Enjoy your stay!
The Queen Victoria style creates unique cathedral ceilings that make my condo attractive and comfortable. Very rarely can you get off the street parking in Wilmington. I recommend avoiding a ticket and parking in my available space.

If you have trouble finding my parking spot, #6, call me. If you park in the wrong spot you may be towed. When pressing the code to enter into the lobby you must press very firmly and consistently to get it to register and unlock the door.
