My husband and I retired from our jobs in the Washington, DC metro area about 17 years ago and moved to Gettysburg. Gettysburg was one of our favorite day trips when we lived in Maryland. The people were so friendly and helpful. We decided it was the perfect place to live. After moving here, my husband became a house husband and I worked for the local arts council in Gettysburg until about 2 years ago.
We love to travel. Our first experence with AirBnB was in the south of France several years ago. It was a wonderful experience and the stay convinced us that we would love to open our home to visitors from all over the world. We are happy to be able to share our town with others.
We will be on the property most of the time if our guests need anything but will respect their privacy.
