To access the condo unit 203, the key pad will be programmed with the last 4 numbers of your cell number provided when you made your reservations, the key code activates at 4PM check in date unless other wise informed by myself and deactivates at 11AM at check out date.

Guest staying at my condo will need wrist bands so the condo resort and security can identify you, you can pick them up at the front office in the lobby next door to the FMI Rental office, please ask for kristian Osuna or Marcela, tell them your Vernita Soltis guest in Unit 203, The HOA is still working out the kinks providing wrist bands for all guest, please do not ask the FMI office rentals located in the lobby for them they are a completely separate company that has nothing to do providing service for my condo and guest.
Water Valve Switch: We shut the water valve off between stays to protect the condo from accidental water leeks, the shut OFF/ON valve is in the master bathroom next to the toilet, there will be a door, open the door and the valve will be the top red handle, it should point along the same way the pipe is running to indicate on.
AC-HEAT: I ask you to be respectful of the A/C and Heat use, it is very expensive to run in Mexico, therefore the condo is equipped with a NEST device that’s set to economy use as well as locked. When you arrive, it will be activated, if its excessively hot or cold please contact me and I will adjust it for you, I had to start doing this due to past renters using the AC while windows and balcony doors were left open as well as not present in the condo during the day while out. The gate to the beach access is owned by the hotel next door, it maybe open or not based on the time of day, the gate next to the key code gate lock is usually open, push it to open. You also can take the stairs off the beach to walk around to the front of the condo.
Wi-Fi: SIDD INFINITUM6460 - Code 7JWXBzWbCL, we also have DIRECTV; please remember to leave the remote controls on the coffee table or under the TV. Please do not remove DIRECTV units to other rooms or other condos. You will be charged for missing items.
Parking: 24/7 Secured parking is provided at the condo. Upon arrival, please inform the guard with your name and you are guests at the Soltis condo, Building B, Unit #203, security may provide you with wrist bands depending if available. My condo is not operated by any other rental agencies like FMI other then myself, the rental office in the lobby can not help with my condo amenities.
Door Lock access info: We use a numerical key code system at the condo; we’ve found it to be much more convenient and you don’t run the risk of losing a key on the beach. Your door code will be the last 4 digits of the cell number you provided upon booking. Please note: key code will activate at 4pm on the day of your arrival and will expire at 11AM on the day of check out, also use the key symbol on the key pad to lock the door when leaving.
Condo Complex Common areas: There are 2 pools and 1 Jacuzzi in the complex; BBQs and an enclosed gazebo; beach and lounging chairs are readily available. You are welcome in these areas at any time but, keep in mind, the pools close nightly at 10PM.
House Rules: Our house is your house, this is a NO smoking building period so therefor no smoking in the condo, No BBQs or fires are permitted on the balcony of the condo. NO pets are allowed unless you are an owner, if you bring a pet the security will turn you away, HOA is strict about this. Please do not take cups and dishes to the pool or beach or to other condo units, they tend to be left and go missing.
