We do take pride in catering to our guests' needs the best way we can and I feel sorry to hear of some cleaning issues, that never came to our attention, as them could had been improved easily and on the spot.
Your comments have already been handed to the owner and he is now asked to reconsider his cleaning and maintenance arrangements.
Regarding the morning drilling noises from the adjacent properties, I would need to say that neither this issue came into our attention, as we could had also looked at it, asking kindly the owners to respect your needs.
In any case, thank you for bringing them to our attention.
Furthermore, I am happy to know that your holiday in total was a success.
