Self Catering Barn Conversion:
A luxury and characterful apartment sleeping a possible 7; 2 single very comfortable sofa beds on the mezzanine level, a double sofa bed in the living area and both a double and single room downstairs. There are two luxury shower/WC rooms and two entrances.
The use of the full house offers superb views across the valley.
The barn is a short and charming walk away from Settle rail Station, local shops, the market (on tuesday) and local restaurants and traditional pubs.
The barn is also situated directly on the path of the Way of the Roses route making it ideal as a stopping point for those that want to break up the experience.
Bicycles are also available to borrow and offer the perfect choice for exploring the splendour of the surrounding Dales.

Please note parking is available but can be tricky at times. There is no allocated parking for 22A although you will find quiet on road parking just up from the house along the wall in front of the house. Please do not obstruct the White line (no parking) either park before this or beyond this near the telegraph pole. Thankyou
Above all we want you to enjoy your stay! Just a few things we would ask: The house is in a residential area, so we kindly ask you not to make noise after 23h. Smoking inside the house is not allowed (smoke on the balcony please!) CHECK IN - after 2 PM CHECK OUT- 11 AM. Parking, please park on the road along the wall, there is no allocated parking with the house but it is OK to park on the road just up from the house along the wall either before or after the white line. If there is no space here there is on street parking in the town and a public carpark at the rugby club. We do not accept pets in the house.
