Guests booking this listing are not permitted within the private home or the use of the private lavatory within the home. Guests have full use of the 2 outdoor tent restroom changing rooms located discreetly behind the wooded areas. Guest may NOT discard any trash, debris, cigarette butts, food or paraphernalia on the premises. Any butts MUST be burned n the firepit or removed from the property. Guests are asked not to bring their pets but if a pet is brought it is 100% the guest's responsibility to remove all pet poop from the property or your deposit will be charged the max possible to clean it up. DO NOT TRY TO BURN BOTTLES, CANS OR METAL IN THE FIREPIT. REMOVE ALL SUCH ITEMS FROM THE PROPERTY. All guests are responsible to clean the restrooms before checkout, dispose of all waste and notify the host of checkout in advance if you require a walk thru of the campsite prior to departing. Otherwise, the host will walk the grounds within 48 hours and submit any necessary claims. If any damage to a host tents or grounds it is the guest's responsibility to notify the host at checkout.
This is a outdoor, rural, roughing it accommodation. Please bring your own tent, sleeping bag, camping accessories, food and hygeine items.
- No smoking/discarding butts on premises.
- No pet waste left on the premises.
- No criminal activity on premises.
- No illegal drug use on premises.
- No entering private residence.
- Guests must dispose of all waste and debris by burning in the fire pit or discarding inside the large blue trash can in front of the property prior to departure.
- No loud noise after 10pm.
- No parking on the street.
- No unsupervised fires.
- No public nudity.
- No additional guests outside of the reservation.
- If you damage the inflatable pool you must pay for the cost of an equal size/larger pool and associated costs of replacement.
- Guest may use the outdoor patio and futon.
- Guests may burn on the large firepit, the BBQ grill and the outdoor fireplace but must supervise all fires, use your own igniter and clean up each area prior to checkout, discard all burned charcoals, wood piles, trash, etc.
- Clean outdoor potty and inside of the tent dressing room of all trash, waste and products prior to checkout.
- No pets are to be left loose running around the property.

I like watching DVDs before bed if i don't pass out from exhaustion first like: TRUE Blood, Twighlight, Saw Dogs, Niptuck, Dexter or old reruns like Fraiser, Sinfield, Everybody Loves Raymond, Friends, Two and a Half Men... However, my newest obsessions are Scandal and Empire.
