Our condo is a Beachfront unit located on Okaloosa Island.
It is a spacious corner one bedroom/one bathroom 2nd floor unit, located directly on the sand with beautiful views of the Gulf. You can see and hear the beautiful emerald waters, enjoy the Okaloosa Island Fireworks from the balcony and watch the sunsets.

Our condo is a second floor Beachfront unit located on Okaloosa Island.

The living/dining/kitchen area features open concept plan with a large living room, dinning area with seating for 6. The living room has a queen sectional sleeper sofa and a flat screen TV. There are also 2 twin convertible beds.

The dinning area has a table with seating for six.
The kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, dishes, glassware, pots/pans, etc. It includes a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, small mixer, etc.

The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, large closet with sliding doors, a dresser and an flat panel TV.

Linens and towels are provided.
The building has 2 large elevators.

Amenities include:
- Two beach chairs are provided for you to take to the beach
- Beach service, kayaks and SUPs can be rented directly on the beach
- Lighted tennis court
- Shuffleboard court
- Onsite DVD Rentals
- Gulf front pool (heated seasonally)
- Barbecue grills and picnic tables
- Large club room with full kitchen
- Wifi in unit

No smoking inside or on the balconies.
No pets allowed (HOA does not allow it).
Max. occupancy - 6 (4 adults MAX.).
Daily housekeeping is not provided.
Monthly reservations during Dec, Jan and Feb are by the calendar month only

HOUSE RULES - IE 2A
Smoking is NOT allowed. Guest will be charged $500 deep cleaning fee is smoking occurs in the condo or on the balconies.
People other than those in the Guest listed in the rental agreement may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
The maximum number of persons who may stay overnight in the Unit at any one time is 6. The maximum number of persons who may occupy the Unit at any one time is 6 (4 adults MAX).
Check-in time is 4:00 PM
Check-out time is 10:00 AM. If not checked out by the specified checkout time, Guest will be charged $50 late checkout fee. If Guest has not checked out by 12 PM local time, Guest will be charged for an additional 1 night stay at full price.
With the exception of a home office not involving the visitation of the Unit by employees, clients, customers or potential clients or customers of the Guest, the Unit shall be used strictly for residential purposes and shall not be used for any business or commercial purposes by the Guest.
All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
No noise, odors or vibrations shall be created in the Unit which may be reasonably expected to penetrate to adjoining Units and neighboring properties and to cause annoyance to the occupants of same. No activities which are prohibited by law shall be conducted in the Unit. No hazardous materials shall be used or stored in the Unit.
Daily housekeeping is not provided.
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
Only use appliances for their intended uses.
Pets are NOT allowed. Guest will be charged $500 deep cleaning fee if pet(s) are brought to the property.
We DO NOT PERMIT TOWELS to be TAKEN OUT of the Unit. If towels or linens are damaged, Guest will be charged for the full replacement cost.
Prior to DEPARTURE load dishwasher, add dishwashing detergent and START dishwasher.
No children under the age of 12 are permitted in pool at any time without adult supervision.
No refunds will be given for storms, unless a mandatory evacuation has been issued for Okaloosa Island.
Beach service (chairs and umbrella) and Kayak Rentals are available but not included with your rental. The beach attendant on duty will be able to provide you with the details (cost/availability).

Before DEPARTURE Please check that the following has been done:
1. LOAD all dirty dishes/utensils, etc in dishwasher. Add dish washing detergent and START the dishwasher
2. Place all dirty linens (towels, bed sheets) on the bathroom floor in front of the sink
3. EMPTY all trash cans
4. RINSE beach chairs and store on balcony. Rinse body boards/toys and store on balcony in bin.
5. Make sure balcony door is closed and locked
6. Turn all lights off
7. Make sure front door is securely latched upon exit

great location, right on the beach. The condo was very clean and it's a corner unit, right next to the staircase so walking out to the beach takes only a couple of minutes. The building has nice umbrellas and chairs for rent and the beach is super clean. It was perfect for my family of three. Great place!

Condo was wonderful - lots of room for a 1 bed/1 bath and right on the beach. Great value for the price and would definitely stay here again!

Unit was very average and tiny...didn't realize there wasn't a washer/dryer in the (URL HIDDEN) inconvenience. Not many amenities to speak of. Kitchen not stocked very well....

Our family had a wonderful vacation! The home was in the perfect location with a quick walk to the beach/pool, which was great for our young kids (5 and 7 yrs old). The home was comfortable, clean, quiet, and well maintained. Perfect for a young family. Our kids had a blast! We would definitely stay again and recommend it to our friends and family.

Corner unit with a great view. The host even let us check in early (1230 instead of 3) because i got such good time on the drive down (14hr not 16hr). We really appreciated that after a long drive with 2 toddlers. Her condo is lovely, with all amenities (plates, silverware, pots, pans, etc). The condo has several shopping carts for luggage (turn right behind the eleveators in lobby). The keyless door that is reprogrammable was easy (just hit # after your number, i forgot that a few times). She has (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) (ask (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) for weather) and juju (i didnt use, but it's for condo info using (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN)). There are a few umbrellas and 2 beach chairs (i broke one chair, but replaced) and a tote on the deck with sand toys for kids (i left our little kit inside also). She has cable w/HBO (game of thrones?) A dvd player and an old cd syle boombox. My wife and i have 2 children and they loved the vacation, the place and the sand. This condo is kid friendly (make sure the kids dont run into the glass table though) and we recommend for anyone who loves a great beach view. Thanks for a great vacation.

The view is AMAZING!! We never left the porch! Right on the beach as advertised. Good space allowed for a very comfortable family dinner. All details are provided for anything you need- plus you can play music while cooking or hanging out in apartment just by saying "ok-(SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) play... " !! Such a great memorable weekend, we are sure to book here again.
