This architecturally inspired building is new and is located right in the heart the CBD, with the Docklands, Etihad Stadium, South Bank, Crown Casino within a walk. It is the premier location for any visit to Melbourne: the trams along Spenser St will drop you anywhere in the city within a few minutes and also the funky and vibrant restaurants and cafes of this part of the CBD are literally at your doorstep.

The space includes 2 bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, open plan kitchen with a wonderful entertainers balcony capturing gorgeous northern views.

Each bedroom contains 1 comfortable Queen bed with very high quality mattresses.

Check in: Check-in time is from 2pm. Please notify us at least one day prior to your check in day what time and by what mode of transport you will be arriving at the property. Please refer to the key exchange method outlined in our welcome message and dropbox link. Check out: Check out time is 10am or before. If you plan to leave the property prior to this time, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your checkout what time you will be planning on leaving the property so that we can liase with our cleaners and have them arrive at the property at the appropriate time to collect the keys. Keys must be left INSIDE THE PROPERTY in the cutlery drawer. Ensure that where applicable, in some cases you must remove your car from the parking garage first before returning to the apartment to leave the keys in the cutlery drawer. Lockboxes: In cases where there was a lock box used for key collection, please ensure that the lockbox is brought inside the property and left on the dining room table for collection at the end of your stay. Keys: Keys used in this apartment are provided by the owners corporation and only a select number are issued to each apartment. Loss of garage remotes, security FOBS or any key provided to you will result in $100 deduction from your bond per item lost. This is the cost to me to have these items re-issued and lost items cancelled. Parties: Parties, loud gatherings, large gatherings or disruptive behaviour of any kind are absolutely prohibited. This behaviour will likely affect the relationships we have with neighbours and may affect our ability to host other guests in the future. You agree that, if you hold any type of party, or any loud gathering, in the apartment, even a small party, or a small loud gathering, you will immediately be evicted from the apartment without any entitlement to any refund of any amount paid in respect for your accommodation, including for any period after the date of your eviction. Consideration of other tenants/residents: In consideration of other tenants/residents, you must not make excessive noise in the apartment or public areas. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. If you smoke in the apartment, you authorise us to deduct from your deposit, $75 to apply towards having the apartment and furnishings deodorised. Exclusion of liability: We do not control the buildings in which the apartment is located. Accordingly, you agree that we (Complete Host) are in no way liable for any damage caused to you or your goods by a fault with the building, whether the damage is caused in the common area, or in the apartment. Additional persons: Any additional persons occupying the property above the listed number on your booking are not permitted. If you wish to have another person stay with you during your reservation, you must notify us first as all guests must be registered with the building management for security purposes. Any persons above 2 will incur our standard per night fee of $29. Pets: Animals of any kind are not permitted. The security deposit will not be refunded upon evidence of pets occupying the premises.

Had a great stay. Appartment was clean and tidy and offered everything as advertised. Would recommend highly and I would stay again. Communication was also easy and helpful.

Great accommodation and location. Overall apartment is great, bathroom a little small with the shower pressure a little soft but great facilities. Too much checkin and apartment information was provided so I felt like I had to read a novel, just to see how to get the Keys!

This apartment is amazing! Really great service from Paul and his team. Great communication. Check in was easy. Modern and clean, the apartment had a sweet view from the lounge room. Nice kitchen and bathroom. The pool, gym, and sauna were lovely. Convenient location right near Southern Cross station. Makes catching trains and trams easy. ..Walking distance to a lot of great places as well. Easy to get to and from the Airport. Additionally, our welcome pack was a nice touch. And, appreciated the what to do in Melbourne brochure and map. Can't fault our stay. Would stay again. 5 stars :)

Clean and new. Good location! (although everyone there seems to be a short stayer). Not ideal for families though as very small unit and light gets into the bedrooms. Loud unit with howling wind noise coming through front door at times so TV has to be loud.... ; lots of rules - pages of them to study making it feel very commercial and impersonal (and fines if you do things wrong); no Foxtel or DVD; Make sure you bring your own shampoo and dish soaps if staying more than a few days.... and good luck figuring out the washing machine. Needs some more thought and price adjustment to be good value.

Unfortunately we found David to be a very difficult guest to please. We seek to provide a wonderful stay for all our guests, however, some are more difficult than others. The building is located in the centre Melbourne CBD. It is a large residential building with the majority of residents being permanent, I'm not sure how David gathered that there are a lot of short stayers but this is simply untrue. We set out to provide as much information to our guests as possible to enable guests to be totally independent during their stay if they wish - we are, however, always on hand when and where required. We provide a welcome pack with the necessities including shampoo, soaps, detergents etc which is usually very well received by our guests. The washing is incredibly simple, simply turn on and choose your setting. If David had difficulty working this out it would have been a very simple call to explain. This is a five star property with 36 wonderful reviews. We are always very open to constructive recommendations on how we can do a better job, however, I felt it necessary to clarify these couple of points that David seemed to be confused about. We would, however, welcome David back to see if we can meet his expectations on his next visit.
